Found unexpectedly. Even had pizza last night so wasn't looking for that. But once here we had to have-excellent. And great pasta too. We will come back for sure.

This place is great. The great italian pizza was delicious. We heard that the steak is a well kept secret on the island and had to try it. Amazing!!!!! Can't wait until next summer.

if you love italian food and fantastic pizza this is the place for you. the pizza was awesome, the pasta was awesome, the atmosphere was great and service impeccable. I paid a lot but I was not disappointed at all. Everyone I went with was impressed. I would go there every night if I could afford it.

We ordered takeout for 6 adults and 2 children and got 3 pizzas. It was just barely enough food, but the consensus was that it was pretty good quality. Crust is very thin and topping are sparse. Crust became soggy in the box. Now, I'll admit $55 for three large pies that barely feed 8 people is not the best... More

We actually didn't have the pizza on our first visit but everything was delicious - Tuscan bean soup, great salad... This is a tiny restaurant with big atmosphere and it gets busy. There is an outside patio and serves drinks too - definitely a new favorite on Nantucket!

It's difficult to find great things to say about Nantucket restaurants. Mind you there are several worthy of 5 stars but they are few and far between. Pi Pizza is very, very good! The sauce has a great finish and even a bit of "bite" to it. That said, it's a smooth sauce very unlike what you frequently get at... More

Thank you Ronzo for your recent great review of Pi Pizzeria! Also your excellent suggestions as to call early for takeout and to double up on toppings if you're a big toppings guy. We do use canned whole peeled San Martzinao tomatoes to make our pizza sauce. They do have a slitley higher acid content than other tomatoes but we... More

Pi's Pizzeria is Ack's best kept secret! Definitely a cab ride - but well worth it! Tiny place - best bartender on island - John - will knock your socks off with his espresso martinis! Great beer and wine selection. Wood oven pizza to die for! Salads and chicken Parmesan - yum! Everything is top notch and priced fairly!!! A... More

We stopped in, put our name on the list (bar or table) in a few minutes we sat at the bar. They have an appetizer selection that is delectable. We opted the the selection of five and we're not disappointed. The white bean soup is a must try. Their free form pizzas are the best. The calamari salad was also... More

Love this place. Ingredients are without a doubt the freshest and most authentic. Only place I get pizza in town. Gambella or Rustica a must. Great bartenders too, you can sit and have a drink while you wait. Quality and consistency can suffer a bit during peak season when its super busy, 2hr wait for a pizza etc, but overall... More

Hi Kerry, thanks for being a great lunchtime customer and noticing the quality ingredients we are committed to using! I'm sorry that you notice a quality difference between summer and the off-season. Yes the wait for pizza can be very long although we do work towards being better and faster every year. We all look forward to having you joining... More

A local and former Pi loyal customer, I finally experienced my "final straw: with Pi this past weekend. Although I typically order pizza to go, I thought for once, I'd eat in, and brought my young neice with me (age 9). As we were told a children's menu was not available, we decided to split a ceasar salad, and a... More

Thank you Meghan for taking the time to write your revenue, and your past support of Pi Pizzeria. To address your concerns I am sorry that you think Pi Pizzeria is "exorbitantly expensive" and yes you are right that on the mainland everything is less than on Nantucket Island. I can see where you might find that being charged 3.00... More
