A country inn right in the middle of Attleboro. Quaint. Great outdoor seating. Jazz combo on Sunday brunch.

We have been going here for a number of years and so have many other Trip-Advisor contributors from judging the posted reviews. This place is one of the Gems in the Luciano Family of Fine Dining Venues! Everything "Important" here is done well. Last night, as a party of seven, we had a wide range of the offerings. The Oysters... More

Pretty solid place to go for a couples lunch or dinner. Be prepared to pay for the intimate setting and higher priced meals, but the portions are good and food usually is satisfactory.

My husband and I were treated to dinner for our anniversary by one of our son's and his wife. They had booked a local restaurant; but, decided to change to some place that we had not been for years and at that time was for their wedding shower in the little back building. To our surprise, the owner has a... More

It's been quite some time since my wife and I have been the Blackington Inn. Now we know what we've been missing. Great food in a old New England setting. I really enjoy oysters and they are served in very few places. For dinner I had pan seared salmon and my wife, steak diane. WOW! Both were exceptional. As has... More

We wanted a different brunch experience, so decided on the Colonel Blackinton. Our waiter (Bernie) was very enthusiastic and personable. It is a sizable brunch menu, with the option of an omelette buffet bar. We opted for this. The price was very reasonable. The buffet items were plentiful, including omelettes made to order, freshly made waffles, quiches, potatoes, bacon and... More

The Colonel Blackinton Inn is located in Attleboro, MA and I believe it to be a hidden "jewel!" It is a spectacularly restored colonial home converted to a restaurant and a bed and breakfast. In the warmer weather they extend dining to a beautifully landscaped patio (live entertainment on specific evenings). Also quite beautiful during the holiday with the outdoor... More

If you love historical novels, buildings, and homes, then the Colonel Blackington Inn is for you too! The dining rooms are full of historical architecture, paintings, and furnishings. What is also lovely is the real linen table cloths and fine china served on them. I started my meal with clams casino - one of my favorite appetizers. The stuffing was... More
