My daughter and son-in-law brought us here for my birthday. We had never been before. As a matter of fact , had never heard of it. What a pleasant surprise. It was terrific. Will definitely go back. Had a great lunch and our , Andrea , was a gem. She really knows what great service is. Can't wait to tell... More

A group of about 15 of us actually sat outside under a tent for lunch and it was beautiful with the gardens and the weather. Not my first time here either...been a few times for dinner also. Never disappointed.

Consistently good food and excellent service. We've been enjoying dinner and brunch here for over 10 years. It is our go to place at least once a month. The owners do an excellent job of training and hiring great staff; the food is consistently good. There are always specials as well as the regular menu, which adds new dishes periodically.... More

Although it did take a little bit for a waitress to acknowledge us, it did not taint our experience at the blackinton inn. We started off our meal with the crab cakes which were very good. For dinner we had the seafood casserole and the baked stuffed shrimp which were both delicious and very filling. To end the night we... More

Had a Very nice brunch here. A little tight trying to get to the buffet. Also wish the waitress had brought coffee right away but this isn't exactly a diner! This place is so beautiful inside! Also the food on the buffet was very fresh! Will definitely go back!

If you'd like to dine in an authentic old colonial ambiance, the Colonel Blackinton Inn is worth the drive from Providence or wherever you may be. I've gone there to meet friends for lunch every December for the past 14 years, and I can say that this pretty place is a reliable stop for good, thoughtfully-prepared food and friendly service... This little restaurant is a superb place to have brunch, a birthday or anniversary, or a collation. There are little dining rooms to give that cozy feeling. The food is superb, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, the price isn't bad for lunch but dinner could be a little pricey but worth it. There's also a carriage house for small parties... More

A great restaurant, the décor, food, and service are all excellent. Set in a handsomely decorated. colonial home with wooden floors, nice woodwork, and paintings. Dining rooms are small (typically 4 tables), great for a quiet, intimate dinner. I’m not from the area but have eaten here several times (5 min off I95). Food is outstanding, great selection, reasonable prices,... More

I just received an email from Trip Advisor dealing with the best restaurants in Attleboro, and although the Blackinton Inn is mentioned in your restaurant listings, it is not mentioned in the "best restaurants in Attleboro". Well, it should be. The gnocchi with duck confit was absolutely marvelous, as was the House salad and the seafood casserole. Even the pieces... More
