Stone's is a great spot. I actually had my rehearsal dinner here in a private room and it was really excellent. We were very happy with the food and service. I've also been here for lunch, dinner, and drinks and have yet to be disappointed. The salmon BLT is excellent - they do not skimp on the salmon! The best... More

We have gone to Stone's for many years. The menus and people have changed, but the experience is always excellent. The other night my wife and I decided to go out for something casual and inexpensive, and Stone's fit the bill perfectly with great food and ambiance. We sat on the patio, which is so much fun on a nice... More

We love this pub, back tonight for mussels appetizer, well seasoned red sauce with just the right kick, fish and chips, a departure from the usual thick pieces of cod, and lamb chops. Recommend it, sit out on a nice night! Service was great too.

Based on the many good reviews we've read both on TripAdvisor and elsewhere, we decided to try Stone's for brunch. First the good - the atmosphere. We sat out on the patio. It was a good sized fenced in area. It wass really nice. The one downside was when the commuter rail came by (but that's not their fault). The... More

We stopped by Stone's Public House for lunch, to get an idea of the place and food before making a dinner reservation for a reunion with 4 old friends. At this lunch time, the place was quiet, with a Sirius music station playing. The outside tables were available, but it was a bit too damp and cool at the time.... More

The mushroom risotto is to die for!!!! The rib cut lamb chops were done med-rare without having to ask and very tender. The accompanying sweet potatoes were lightly sauced and delicious. The toffee pudding desert is sinful. The wine prices were reasonable.

Good burgers, Salads and Appetizers Friendly Service. Nice Pub Like Atmosphere. Can be noisy in the bar on busy nights. Our favorite is the Patio Dining in the Warmer Weather

I like Stone's for a quick burger and a brew. Food and drink are both good and fresh here. Wait staff has never been up to my standard, but that might just be me. I like to feel like my patronage is appreciated and the last time I was in there the frowning, unattentive waitress caused me to keep my... More

My family was looking forward to brunch at Stone's Public House based on the many good reviews on tripadvisor and OpenTable. We were disappointed in many ways. First of all, the food, when it finally did come was quite ordinary. My eggs were overcooked and my sausages were undercooked. The kitchen is responsible for the average food and they may... More
