Description: What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

We enjoy the food, especially when we want a good burger. Usually the ambiance is above average. However, on occasion, families allow their children to make too much noise.

Our server wasn't very attentive, but the food was delish! We're familiar with this chain and knew we could trust them to serve us up a great affordable meal for the family.

I like NYAJ for the diversity of the menu. They will recreate past menu items for you...split an entree onto 2 plates.....they make every attempt to accommodate your every request. Their 3-6 pm appy happy hours is a fabulous deal....all appys are 1/2 price. Well worth time and $$$ spent at any NYJAs! Great value.

Although I am not too big on the food here, this place is a convenient spot to meet friends for lunch or dinner. The food served is mainly comfort but I wish the servings were a lot larger. After having my meal here, I still feel like I have plenty of room for half of another entree. If they charged... More

The food is OK and the service is good, but they recently raised their prices, so it is no longer my favorite for a burger or appertizer and drinks. What really has turned me somewhat off from the place is the decor - who thought it was a good idea to have brown on brown and a very rustic decor... More

This is my go-to place not because of thr food but because of the space itself. It is conveniently located in Arlington Center with plenty of seating space. They also have a bar. Great place to meet friends. Food is mediocre at best. They have everything from salad to steak but nothing is exceptional. Place is often crowded but I... More

Went their for dinner before a show and the four of us loved their meal. From the steak tips, salmon, meat loft and fish ,they were all cooked perfect, the side dishes tasted great, service was good and so was the pricing. Parking in the back also was a treat.

The menu had some more unusual offerings for a chain restaurant. They have thick sliced focaccia bread with a different type of bread dipping sauce. It's yellow as it contains grated Romano/Parmesan cheese. I had the Harvest Mac ‘n Cheese: roasted butternut squash, marinated chicken thigh, baby spinach and curly cavatappi noodles, baked in a creamy cheddar and smoked mozzarella... More

If only neighborhood restuarants were this average, the good ones would be terrific! "Joe" in Arlington, MA -which I have visited frequently over the past 10 months- is a good, spotless, place for food, snacks, and almost all straight or perfectly mixed drinks -Martinis, Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, etc. A very professional and skillful lady bartender who looks like she invented...
