Colin is great, always coming up with creative new drinks. Often I will not know what I want but Colin is able to ask questions and help figure out what I might be in the mood for. This is the best place in town to drop in to have a drink and we stop whenever we get a chance with... More

Every dish was devoured by our large group. We were seated at a fun round booth in the bar area which was super spacious and comfortable. It was a fun and lively bar scene but that didn't hinder our ability to converse with each other. We started with a bunch of different wine flights from around the world which was... More

I went to Brasserie 28 with 8 other coworkers. Our server was pleasant and fairly quick to take out drink orders once we had all been seated just after 18:00. Things slowed down a bit after that, however. Dinner/app orders were taken right about 18:30. We had mostly all looked at the online menu prior to arriving, but the half... More

Overall, then don't disappoint. Creative drinks, and decent food. Get their sandwich special which is usually creative and doesn't break the bank

I like going there to meet friends for drinks. A little on the expensive side but nice atmosphere. Great selection and knowledge of wine.

This is my favorite local spot due to the consistency in their food. The menu is creative and changes quite frequently. The food is prepared expertly and is very healthy. You don't leave feeling regretful or bloated. The wine list is great and I always enjoy the wine flights and they just added beer flights which I was excited to... More

Came here with a friend who had been before. It was nice to be able to sit outdoors. The seating area is right on the main street for downtown Andover...so expect the expected "city" sounds. The hostess who sat us was very friendly. The sitting area is pretty comfortable, but I found the seat I was in to be on... More

We enjoyed our meal, and the younger crowd out front seemed pleased with the loud and crowded bar scene there. Casual diners (such as ourselves) are consigned to the oddly-configured rear of the restaurant, where the lighting is poor and the busy kitchen flagrantly present. Brasserie 28 had the architectural challenge of squeezing into a former clothing store space, so... More

A talented chef, creative cuisine, and fresh local seasonal ingredients make this a go-to place for excellent dining, even for people who live beyond the borders of this historic, New England prep school town. Having spent a good deal of time in France, I'm continually impressed by the well-executed Mediterranean flare.

Nice seasonal menu that always offers something new. Have come here with friends who love it so much they eat here a few times a week. I have had the burger special once and the steak dish the last time. My husband has had the fish dishes both times and enjoyed them immensely. Ate with large group last time and... More
