One of my favorite places to stop when I visit Amherst. Great deli sandwiches and other items, but the real treat are the donuts and their root beer.

Everything in this store in high quality. Soups taste home made. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. Cider donuts are unbeatable. Bakery outstanding. They even sell discounted Christmas items, candy and trinkets. Fantastic experience all around. Grocery store extraordinaire!

A charming and well-stocked cross between a country store and farmers market. Atkins is one of our favorite places to shop for provisions when we are in Amherst. Their fresh apple cider is the best!

Can only speak about the bakery and apple cider donuts, which are good. Have been going here for years, usually good deals on "in season" fruits and vegetables.

Upscale grocery, on the order of a Whole Foods with a deli counter with high quality sandwiches. The cole slaw was exceptional - not too wet, and very tasty.

Atkins is a family owned country store with a wide selections of fresh produce, excellent fresh meats and fish, excellent deli products, a bakery and more. The physical store itself fits tastefully into the landscape at base of the foothills of the Holyoke Range - a picturesque setting in this attractive rural town.

If you are into sweet stuff that taste wonderful and are willing to ignore the caloric intake, this is the place to go for coffee and pastry. They have a huge selection and the prices are reasonable. And, if you're feeling really guilty after you've just had your second apple turnover, you can go and buy some produce as this... More

It was a long time since I had been, recently went back and did some shopping, got lunch from the deli. Good sandwich, many choices and large servings. Still can't beat the apple cider donughts.

My mom came up from Calabash, NC & my sister, son, mom & myself went here for lunch. I had the turkey. My mom had the half sandwich & soup. The food is so delicious & fresh. Than we went shopping in the store where my sister purchased a half gallon of milk- fresh milk-better than a regular grocery store,... More

Great farmer's market with fresh local produce , wonderful meats and fish. They also have a great deli with unique sandwiches that you can eat in or take home. Wonderful prepared meals so you don't have to cook at all. A great bakery and the BEST CIDER DONUTS bar none. There is also a nice cream corner attached. The place... More
