Really top notch bread, croissants almost as good as in Paris, coffee and tea served by folks who care about local culture, local foods and farms. You can have lunch here too.

This tiny restaurant represents all the best in healthy eating and sustaining the best in natural, organic foods. The owners have relationships with farmers in the area to provide the highest quality in products.

Many items are baked with locally grown wheat, yup that's right. And they are amazing. The selection may be small but it's all really special. Once I had a rosemary goat cheese croissant.

I have eaten breakfast and lunch here and also enjoyed their various pastries. Everything is very tasty. They are in large part all local.
