As the only Mexican restaurant in Amesbury it is solid but it is really convenience that wins over food and price points. Avoid the chimichangas.

I took my family last week and the service was really poor. Our waiter gave me an attitude when I ordered a mexican beer off (listed right on the menu) and he told me that they no longer stock Bohemia. So then I ordered a Modelo-draft (also shown on the menu that he handed me) and he copped an even... More

First visited in November last year and have been back on numerous occasions since. The food is always good and is very authentic (I have traveled on many occasions to various parts of Mexico on business). Looking at many of the negative reviews on this page I would say that most of these people should stick with McDonald's. The place... More

What a dismal excuse for a restaurant, let alone a Mexican restaurant. Honestly. The hostess was friendly enough though she wasn't at the hostess table when we arrived. She led us to a table on the other side of the bar and I appreciate the intention but I would rather have been on the bar side where there was at... More

Great food, great customer service, great prices. Go there about once a month. LOVE their nachos grande, we get it with shredded beef. It ends up being a meal for the two of us. And the drinks are pretty good too!

I used to eat there once a week. A petty decision by management cost them my decision. They had a 2-1 coupon in the paper, giving you 50% off if you bought a second entree of equal or lesser value. There were no exclusions on the coupon whatsoever. The amount I would have saved would have been less than $10.... More

Date night was made even better with great food and great service! Hubby and I shared the shredded beef enchiladas ranchero as well as the Arroz con Pollo. Both were excellent. If you go, ask for a table in Edgar's section. He provided us with great service! Very nice and helpful with menu choices.

Took my family there on our way to NH. We went on a Monday night. The chips and salsa were excellent, but that was the highlight of the meal. My daughter got a chicken/cheese quesadilla which was greasy. My son got tacos. I would have to say that Taco Bell had better tacos than what he received. My wife and... More
