Return Visit

Our return visit to Crave Brasserie & Wine bar was every bit if not better than a year ago. Service was great and the food was outstanding. The lobster and scallop pasta was the best I have ever had. I don't usually order Cod because it's a kind of bland fish however, my friend convinced me to order it at Crave and it was like no Cod dish i have ever eaten. The piece of cod sat atop a mound of saute vegitables and it was hands down the best Cod dish I've ever eaten...........don't miss it. Shawn the... More

I've eaten here 3 times and have enjoyed my dinner and drinks every time. Owner is very thoughtful. Small dining room and bar area, so brace yourself for a wait on weekends. In my opinion, it's worth it.

Food is excellent - they had a strange liquor license last time I was there that only allowed beer and sweet infused drinks (?) In any case, I believe they have a full liquor license now, just haven't had the chance to get back there in a while - too many great restaurants in Amesbury :) Definitely on my list... More

I went to Crave last Saturday around 530. When you walk in, you are greeted by smiling staff and attentive waitresses. The ambiance of the restaurant is romantic, elegant, and comfortable. It's a very small restaurant though, and they do not accept phone reservations. You need to make sure you get there early. For my appetizer I got the PEI... More

Went to Crave on a recent Friday night and was impressed. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and took the time to go over the entire menu with me and explain what was an option for me since I have celiac disease. We waited about 30 minutes for our table and while we were waiting we... More

My wife and I live in the area and for some reason this was the first time we have tried Crave. We sat at the bar and started with three appetizers ...the wings (crispy with an outstanding bbq sauce) crispy tomatoes with locally made mozzarella cheese and the lobster and corn flatbread...we usually will sample a lot from new restaurants... We have eaten here a number of times. The food is always delicious. We really enjoy the oyster appetizer. Service is good, we like the nice small atmosphere.

After a difficult winter here in MA, we ventured out on our first warm day. Sean the owner, greeted us so warmly having not been for a while, due to cold. What I love about Crave, is they are so consistent and do not try to over do it. The menu has just the right amount of items, which are... More

Just went to Crave after a long hiatus (four years), we have never been impressed but we were pleasantly surprised by our last visit. The food was very good, the portion sizes were more than adequate and it was flavorful. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that it smelled like they need to change the oil in... More
