C'mon home! The Acton "local diner" is now a regulars' restaurant. You can't walk through the door without seeing townies seated around the place, enjoying hearty and inexpensive comfort food. Julie expanded a few years ago from just breakfast and lunch to dinner and full bar at night. Sunday mornings are special for us - it's fun to see Julie's... More

You can't go wrong with a meal at Julies Place. The breakfast options are many and always tasty. The sandwiches are fully packed and fresh. The fries are amazing.

This is locally owned and operated restaurant. Julie is a lifetime resident of Acton and this place is the type of place where "everyone knows your name". So if you want to eat where the locals do, by all means stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Julies is closed on Monday. Saturday nights during the summer means Cruise Night.... More

When someone says eat breakfast out, I say Julies Place. Food is good, service is fun and the place is really lively.

The coffee could be a lot better especially with the rising prices at this diner. The food is hit or miss. Breakfast is pretty good; dinner is pretty poor. I no longer sit in Carol's section. (Tip: ask who serves in which section!) She is a rude waitress who seemingly has no regard for her job or the quality of... More

The service at Julie's depends on what waitress you get, I have found that at dinner, service is slow. I only order breakfast and the food is consistent. I like being able to order breakfast all day. I found if I keep my expectations low, I am happy! I do enjoy bringing my kids here too..

Julie's Diner is great, I used to go there on a weekly basis, until one of the waitresses there was extremly rude, so unfortunately I will never, ever go back! Customer Service is number one!!!!

I am not a one review Trip Advisor malcontent. This was truly the worst restaurant experience I can remember. We have lived in Acton MA since 1999 and have eaten at Julies a dozen times. They are known for decent breakfast food and spotty service. Most times, the food is worth the wait and the surly service. Today it wasn't.... More

Went to breakfast on a Thursday morning, and we were seated right away. Service was great. Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. Food was just ok. My brother had the eggs and hash on an english muffin (don't remember their name for this). Poached eggs were overcooked, hash was just ok, and the muffin was partially burnt. Price was... More

This is your classic "SYSCO" diner-- eggs toast, canned corned beef hash, diner-grade coffee, etc. Good place to go if you want a reasonably priced, filling breakfast. I like that they also offer Egg substitute-- for those that are trying to avoid cholesterol. I can't really recommend the steak and eggs-- the steak can be of varied quality. Sometimes good,... More
