Loved the chopped Carolina pork sandwich. The potato salad served with the meal was very fresh and tasty. Very attentive waiter.

Enjoyed the family ambience, the '40s/'50s Memphis decor and music, but you'll go back for the exceptional food. The hush puppies, seasoned fries, cole slaw, baked beans, sweet potato casserole, icy cold beer, and the absolute BEST RIBS in Maryland. Worth the trip; worth the wait; and definitely worth the money.

This is my nephew's fav restaurant so there were 6 of us in the party. We arrived at around 6 p.m. on 12/23 and got a table nearly immediately. Our catfish 'fingers' appetizer was delicious and hot as were the fries which accompany the fingers. I ordered a half-slab of 'wet' ribs - they were disappointingly dry and tough without... More

Maryland is not a big BBQ state but it is nice to have a couple of places that can almost do BBQ respectably land Red Hot and Blue is one of them. The pulled pork is always pretty good, Ribs are reliable. Stay away from the brisket, this is Memphis BBQ and they dont know how to do brisket. Drinks... More

The BBQ is consistently good here. Nice variety of meat offerings with some great sauces. The side dishes are really goog, especially the slaw. For a chain, it's really good BBQ.

This place is in a weird spot. That is my only complaint. The food was good and the BBQ seemed authentic to me.

One of these joints opened in Cherry Hill, NJ, when I lived there years ago. It had a reputation for good entertainment and lousy food. There was no entertainment in Annapolis, only lousy food. We moved to MD last year and have found a couple of good BBQ joints (Mission, Corey's. etc.), Pit Beef joints and other BBQ. RHB is... More

Excellent bbq chicken, ribs, sausage, brisket combo platter. Veggie platter lets you pick 4 sides. Mac n cheese, cole slaw, baked beans, okra were all good, but the best was the red skin potato salad. Loved the atmosphere. Service was great. Sodas so big that you won't need a refil. Prices very reasonable. One of the very few chains that... More

Our first time at Red Hot & Blue was a good experience. Service was excellent, and the food was decent barbeque. They have a good variety of styles - Carolina, dry rub, saucy, and they give you a selection of sauces to add as you like. Everything was good and it is definitely worth going back.

Great atmosphere and potato salad but the pulled pork sandwich was barely warm, dry and on a lackluster bun. I chose the Carolina style, my son had the barbecue, neither was particularly noteworthy. Grandma's Potato Salad was the star of my platter... QUITE tasty. My server didn't seem to have a grasp on the beer selection but did speak to... More
