Try the Crab Cakes

This pub made out of an historic market and has a neighborhood feel. We were lucky and found a close parking spot, but could see that on street parking is a challenge. The menu has a good variety of pub food and the crab cakes were great. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our Sunday brunch.

While staying in Eastport we tried the Davis Pub. We totally enjoyed it. It is very casual and a definite hangout for locals. Our waitress, Colette, was wonderful and the food was really good. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place. If you are looking for good food and very nice people give it a try.... More

Kevin our Bartender was great. Had the Shrimp and onions with Old Bay Butter and Cocktail sauce. Delicious appetizer followed by an excellent Crab Cake sandwich. Walked in made to feel like one of the regulars. I will definitely be back.

We took 12 guests to the Davis Pub (lots of history dating back to the Oyster watermen in the early 19th Century) and found it to be a small, but totally full spot on a Saturday afternoon right after lunch time. Folks were hanging around, enjoying some of the munchies and draft beers, and found it to be exactly like... More

Super crowded spot on a weekend night. Recommended to us by others in the neighborhood while we were visiting. Hour wait made it outside of our time frame, so we ordered to go. Nice area for waiting, near boats and river and a pretty night. Food was above average and the crab pretzel was fantastic, be sure to try it!

Well, perhaps that is an overstatement, but I am loyal to Davis Pub and it is loyal to me. It is not downtown instead it is Eastport and serves the local crowd and the sailing crowd on Wednesday nights. There are no reservations so be prepared to wait for a table when the weather is great. The wait staff are... More

This place is the real deal, and there aren't many like it left. It harkens back to the days when Eastport was home to Chesapeake Bay watermen who wanted simple food, nicely prepared, in a convivial atmosphere. It's off the tourist beat, which makes it especially appealing. Service is always quick and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an... More

I am an Annapolis resident. Not that I like to give a-way our secrets or add a even bigger crowd to my favorite watering hole, but, why not share the happiness. Davids Pub in the Eastport area of Annapolis is just a friendly, comfortable, throw back to good times. The food is very interesting and "Good Old Fashion Annapolis"

We picked this off of the DDD Flavortown list and were glad we did. Simple food done right!!! We had the chicken strips appetizer and it was great. Lightly crusted...just right. Had the crab chowder and crab cake sandwich and enjoyed both. Son had french dip and fries and gave them a thumbs up. Wife rated the pulled pork a... More

The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. It's a friendly place with lots of local regulars, all enjoying themselves. The staff is extremely welcoming and the service is excellent. We had the crab pretzel, which was quite filling and tasty. The green chili chicken soup was excellent, although the chicken pieces were a bit overcooked. The crab cake... More
