My husband and I went to Buddys with another couple for the all you can eat crabs. 80% of the crabs were mushy and disgusting. I had no problem with the smallish size, however the texture of the crabs was just awful. And for $40 it was quite pricey. The hush puppies were delicious, but not worth the price of... More

I was really excited to try out this place. I typicaly would never pay 30 dollars for a sea food buffet but I was under the impression it was the best. I was wrong. The food was mediocre. I have had better pull n eat shrimp at a 6.00 chinese buffett. The cake was stale, plates were dirty and floor... More

We live in DC and go up to Annapolis quite a bit and usually eat at Buddy's. It's really hit or miss when you eat here. First, the crabs are good, almost always good to excellent. It's everything else about the place. Because the food is so good, it's usually always crowded, unless you go on a Tuesday at 3:00pm... More

We went to another restaurant, and the children were disappointed crab legs were not on the menu. The hostess directed us to Buddy's. The crab legs were perfectly cooked and delicious! The Maryland crab soup and the fried shrimp were also very good. The location is great too. While I was there, I checked out the buffet which was not... More

Was probably the perfect stop for my son's last dinner before his induction into the USNA. All you could eat crab legs and lobster claws...when they had them in the line. The food was good, the view was better. Fun atmosphere.

There were 5 of us for lunch 2 were having steamed crabs and the others the buffet. Waitress was nice and the service was good but the pricing of the steamed crabs was confusing: small, medium, large, xtra large all different prices but nothing under $40 and then there was a $40 all you can eat so we chose that... The food was good, service was good, price was good but.....The ladies room was terrible, not clean, slippery and tacky. Men's room not much better. There 6/22/14; hope this gets the desired attention.

I grew up in Maryland and lived there for 25 years, so I know good Maryland seafood. When I come back to visit and want to get a seafood fix, it's nice to find one of those places that never disappoints. This is not one of those places, and we spent about $75 on top of it. I started with... More

We wanted to really get the crab eating experience while in Annapolis so we checked this place out and was not disappointed. The buffet was endless for dinner and you could order crabs for an additional cost. The waiters show you the traditional way to crack open the crab so you don't have to be afraid of doing it wrong... Went here for a late lunch. Ordered snow crab legs and calamari apps. Awesome on both counts. For lunch, 2 of us had the buffet, 3 off the menu. All were happy. And kids under 10 eat free.
