Start your meal with the pot d'cream to insure that you have room for this delicious dessert. The tapas are generous servings; I had the scallops over corn which came with 3 scallops, perfectly cooked and then a beet salad of which half went home. Because they were so accommodating to a single visitor, I returned the next night. The... More

Small plate restaurant with highly creative and tasty offerings. If you are really hungry, the costs could add up, but for light eaters it is pretty reasonable. Had a chance to try pan-seared scallops (just three large scallops on the plate) and bacon-almond ice cream. I would come back again to try other things on the menu.

Our friendly waitress and the original and delightful cocktails set the tone for the evening - a pleasant place to eat and chat. We started with 2 flatbreads, even the simple Margherita was delicious with caramelized undertones; the prosciutto special was a taste explosion. The four of us then proceeded to each order 2 tapas plates, which proved to be... More

I was surprised by how good the food was for the price. Everything was very fresh and well prepared. The fries are a must and the beet salad made us feel like we balanced it w healthy food. I had the scallops, which were a little salty but perfectly cooked. The calamari were disappointing but not bad. Banana bread pudding... More

Small plates restaurant in Annapolis, MD. Tapas are larger than usual and very well done. They have an excellent cocktail list. Everyone in our party of 5 was very happy with the food. Excellent service.

We had dinner here and enjoyed the "small plates" offered. Reminded me of Spanish "tapas". Great service from the staff.

Maybe we were there on a bad night but I was really disappointed in the atmosphere and food. We were seated upstairs (even though there were several tables open downstairs where it was quiet) and it was so loud that my husband had to move from across from me to next to me so we could actually hear each other.... Very unassuming little bistro with unbelievable, really unbelievable food. The chef is an artist, melding flavors that will wow you. The plates are small, so you get to try more than one thing on the menu (something you MUST do). We will definitely go back on our next trip!

I always take friends to Level because the menu is so creative and for a small plates restaurant the portions on most dishes are generous. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, and creative, delicious food and drinks! Be sure to try the scallop and bacon flatbread!

Love this place yet recently visited and disappointed. Both my wife and I had belly aches later that night and the next day as the food just didn't sit right. Will return for sure and hope that it is like we remember in the past.
