My husband and I made dinner reservations for Sunday at 6:00p, had a Groupon that was about to expire. We were seated immediately in the diningroom. They also have tables outside with little walking traffic and a bar area dining upstairs. Attire in the diningroom ranged from nice dress shorts to suits for men, kaki's to dresses for women and... Very nice atmosphere and welcoming. Service was excellent. Three of our party had their rack of lamb which was done to perfection. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or anytime.

We recently came to Annapolis to live for a while, and we'd heard about Harry Browne's from friends. We walked by and it looked expensive and possibly stuffy. But we checked out the outside table to sit with our dogs. And from there we discovered a great menu, well-priced wines, winning service and a friendliness factor we didn't see coming.... More

We have never been disappointed at Harry Browne's. The food is top-notch. I would recommend the tableside prepared Caesar Salad. The entrée portions are small but good so feel free to eat salad or appetizers. I would recommend a reservation a few weeks in advance. Without a reservation the only open tables are 4:00 and 9:00 with nothing in between.

We started our dinner with Caesar salads - the best we've ever had. Our entrees were delicious (crab encrusted filet mignon and spinach pasta with seafood). My filet was perfectly cooked, but I wish the orzo with peas and asparagus had not been a fried brown lump -- the plate would have been far more appealing with the rice/vegetable adding... More

Quiet, elegant room. Pleasant, highly competent staff. Beautifully prepared and served starters. Perfect entrees. We had wonderful scallops. Very expensive wines but also some good modestly priced ones. We had the pinot grigio.

Used to go to Harry Browne's for brunch and Bloody Mary bar but decided to go on a lovely Fall evening. Brought friends. And their dog and sat at sidewalk tables just below the State House! Beautiful setting! Lovely meal of seafood and wine! They even brought a bowl of puppy water! So thoughtful! Still a highlight in Annapolis!

First time visited with a girlfriend and was totally satisfied, this time 8/14 visited with husband and had never been so insulted in my 62 years. First visit served, as requested, breakfast menu even though it was lunch time, this time also asked if instead of omelet, if I could have the egg scrambled and the chef had no problem... More

My wife had the calamari appetizer and I had the mussels. Both were excellent. They make their own fries, and they were perfect. For our entrees, I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had the black cod. Mine was OK, nothing spectacular, but my wife really liked her dish. While everything was OK, this is not a restaurant...
