I visited this delightful place for a light lunch on a very hot day before travelling to Washington DC. It has a fascinating history and the food was outstanding. Beautiful salad with the freshest fish I've had in a long time. If only we hadn't been in such a hurry we could have stopped for afternoon tea which looked divine.... More

Really enjoyed my lunch at this place! Sat outside and enjoyed great beers & sandwiches. Nothing special on the menu, but good honest food. My only reccomendation to Reynolds Tavern is the music that was playing was a selection of bad 70's...pretty much everything else was good.

Great food, we were a group of 10 and this was not a problem for the staff. Many of us split a dinner, as the salads and appetizers were well worth it. A desert plate of 10 bite size assorted goodies were very tasty. The building was very quaint, the bricks are original. Nice place for dinner.

Some friends of ours who are locals advised us to visit Reynolds Tavern for their wonderful afternoon tea. We are so glad we did! They have choices for every taste and budget, from a very basic and inexpensive cream tea to the more costly champagne one, and everything in between. The regular afternoon tea is only $19, and if you... More

We attended a wedding at the Annapolis courthouse. After a wonderful ceremony our party decided to have lunch at the Reynolds tavern. At this time of the day there were not a lot of people in the tavern so we could set anyplace we chose. We chose a large room with a fireplace and we were seated immediately. We had... More

Had a 6:00 reservation on a Saturday night before symphony concert. My husband's meal was average, however, mine was a disaster! First of all, the food service was slower than a snails pace. My French onion soup arrived with the cheese totally congealed. In addition, there was barely two tablespoons of broth because the several croutons in the bowl soaked... More

We sat on the patio outback which was really nice. It was a little crowded so the service was a tad slow but we weren't in any rush. We all got something different and everything was very tasty. The drinks were yummy as well. I can imagine the inside of the tavern is pretty cool and would be a great... More

Enjoyable venue to spend a quiet lunch in Annapolis. Mostly popular for afternoon English tea, we had tasty crabcake eggs benedict with asparagus and country style potato wedges, cups of flavorful French pressed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great service.

We had lunch at Reynolds Tavern on Friday, 25 April. We were seated in the main dining room, which reflects the historical atmosphere of the building (built in the 1700's). The room was filled and thus somewhat noisy (since acoustics are not the best in wooden buildings). Service was very good as was the food. We recommend Reynolds Tavern and... More
