Fun place for a seafood meal and a good beer.

This is a casual restaurant in a neighborhood location in Eastport (Annapolis) with maritime character. Service is good, and there's a festive, fun, laid back atmosphere. It's enjoyable year round.

I have never experienced anything like this before and surely hope not to experience it again. We had reservations for ten people at five p.m. We arrived on time and walked up to the door as some others were leaving. The staff closed the door and locked it. We were offered no explanation as to what was occurring. We chose... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local to Annapolis when we inquired about where to find the best seafood. The bar area is very nice. Rum Punch is a great drink. They are known for their raw bar and crab cakes. Would visit again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our seafood dinner at Boatyard in the Eastport part of Annapolis last night. The oysters were very fresh and tasty, followed by an " all crab" crab cake for me and first class cod fish and chips for my wife. Excellent service, too.

I was in town on business this past week and stopped in here to eat. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the Maryland Crab soup and a crab cake sandwich. Both choices were excellent, I particularly enjoyed the crab cake and the cole slaw, the flavors were excellent and the quantity was ok but the price was a bit... More

Went in after Blue Angels with 3 kids+ 4 adults. Shortish wait--great service--very good kids menu--huge portions--fab fish tacos--decent wine at very reasonable price...fun decore -- Overall a great experience for casual dining with more than pub food!

Visited with friends on a Sunday night, Preakness weekend. No wait. Tap beers offer an OK selection. Decided to order the fish and chips as it was cad. What I got were three small breaded pieces of fish, heavily crusted with topping, that was deep fried too long. Not only did it look bad but it tasted like shoe leather... More

I am a local and I ate here recently. The interior of the restaurant is casual and nautical. It usually is a good place to get inexpensive seafood, sandwiches and salads. I want every local restaurant to do well but unfortunately I had a bad experience the day I ate lunch here. I ordered a spinach salad topped with a... More

Met some friends for a birthday dinner. The cream of crab is excellent and the service was attentive. Looking forward to a return very soon and nice local experience.

The Boatyard is a great place for a late lunch during the week. Wonderful fried oysters and the best calamine in Annapolis. Also great burgers. Parking may be difficult on weekends.
