Good food - great service

Came for a late lunch/early dinner. Nice ambiance with outside seating option. Food was good, but nothing spectacular. Had the crab cakes and fish/chips. Both were all right, but lacked the "wow" factor. Waitress was super nice.

Stopped into the Boatyard for lunch and it was awesome! Both service and food were outstanding and it was bustling. Even with the lunch crowd our food arrived piping hot and in good time. We had fresh oysters from the raw bar and card and spinach dip for appetizers. Lunch entrees were soft shell crab sandwich and the ribs and... More

Very crowded Friday night and a party of 8, not a good combination, but they somehow got us to a table in about 20 minutes. Very warm feel to the place, and clearly a lot of locals. BIG bar, totally packed but lots of room out on the front deck to wait in good weather. We were a group all... More

Boatyard is one of our favorite places to eat when visiting Annapolis. The food is wonderful - always delicious with a good variety to choose from on the menu. Tucked in a neighborhood offering both inside and patio dining.

The menu is always full of interesting choices. My Favorite is the Crab Melt, and the Raw Bar is super. Service is friendly and prompt. A great after Church spot for Brunch.

After learning what a great place this was, we came expecting more. It was during the lunch hour and the place was packed and noisy. Our waitress was excellent and the food came so quickly. But .... the fish of the day tasted as if it had been frozen well past its best use time and was ready for disposal.... More

It's good for seafood but a nice low key place for lunch and dinner. Some Thursday nights there is live entertainment about 7:00 or 8:00 pm

All four of us had the crab cakes dinner. They were excellent and as good as advertised. I had the corn clam chowder to start and it was rich and creamy. An assortment of deserts finished off the meal in fine style. Hard to imagine you could go wrong here. The only downside was that our server was clearly new.... More

We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm after driving from N.C. I was surprised to find a wait of 30 minutes. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar and enjoyed the draft beer and an assortment of oysters which were the best I've ever had. They are a special on Sunday at $2.00... More
