Atmosphere - Great Bloody Mary - Awesome Food - Good Service - OK Cool looking bar with an Awesome Bloody Mary!!! Had a basic batch of appetizer, all were prepared as expected. One waitress seemed to be overwhelmed but was polite and food served on time and hot.

This is a great restaurant. We came at the urging of a friend. Just happened to be St. Patrick's Day! Couldn't have been more perfect. Staff was very nice; our food was delicious and such generous portions...we both took home food to be enjoyed the next day. This is definitely a place I'll recommend as well as return. Prices were... First found this Annapolis staple by seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri and now I'm hooked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEErOg5WtWM I love the stuffed cabbage rolls, but my ultimate favorite are the delicately fried fat oysters. My favorite lunch is at the bar with an Jameson and Ginger, Irish brown bread soup and fried oysters with bread pudding. Yummo!... More

This was our second visit to Galway Bay; we were in Annapolis for an overnight stay. We love the feel of a true Irish pub and restaurant. The food is plentiful and very tasty, and the service was excellent. We look forward to our next visit to Galway Bay!

We stopped in at Galway Bay during restaurant week because we didn't have reservations anywhere else and they could accommodate us. As always, the food is hearty and delicious. The server was so kind and pleasant. He was gracious enough to substitute beer for wine even though it was a price fix menu. We love Galway Bay and the food... More

We ate lunch there in mid afternoon. By the time we left the place was full. Very popular place. Shepherd's Pie was good and generous. Lamb stew was weak. Corned beef poppers were interesting and a bit expensive. Great choice of beer and ales. Atmosphere nice. We are going to use Galway Bay for a bachelor dinner for a wedding... More

Galway Bay is our favorite local restaurant. We take our out of town guests here. Tonight went to celebrate our son's 22nd birthday. We always get the corned beef poppers but tonight tried the Killarney Cabbage Wraps. Wonderful!! As was our entire meal like always!! Working our way through the menu and so far all outstanding!! And always wonderful service!!... More

My husband and I stopped here on a Saturday night for dinner and were very disappointed not to find a seat at the bar (poor planning on my part). The atmosphere was cozy and just what we were looking for that night. Instead we sat in the restaurant and had a wonderful meal. The food was delicious and the service... More

Located on Maryland Ave right off State Circle, Galway Bay is on a quiet side street with a concentration of antiques and home decor shops in downtown Annapolis. Great Irish food (my husband has the corned beef and cabbage every visit). But the best part of Galway Bay is its warm and cozy bar...stop by for a Guinness even if... More

Breakfast on a Sunday in Annapolis means a visit to the Galway Bay restaurant and pub. Not an easy place to find unless you are local to the area. It sits up on Maryland Ave which is a skip and a jump to the capital building. The interior has a charming décor with its exposed brick walls. Tables are well... More
