My husband, friends & I were up for The Safety at Sea Seminar at The Naval Academy & had a wonderful meal Saturday evening. The food & staff were excellent! I especially enjoyed the corned beef & cabbage. I would definitely recommend making reservations. As we were seated I overheard the hostess mention the wait was one hour.

We were here for a light supper....soups, salad, sandwiches. The white bean and ham soup was wonderful. I'm not much of a beer drinker but the house red was worth my experimentation.

Have just spent an hour or so in Galway Bay. Good beer, excellent scallops (for starter) followed by shepherd's pie (made with beef not lamb - so I would call it cottage pie), it tasted like the cottage pie I grew up with in Britain. Well done folks, keep it up!

The pub side of this establishment is like being in a pub in Ireland. The atmosphere is probably my favorite feature. Some dishes are fabulous (Shepherd's Pie) and others are just OK (Chicken Mac n Cheese). You must try the Corned Beef Poppers and if you are lucky enough to be there when they have Guinness Cake save room for... More

We couldn't wait to try this Irish pub, the reviews were great. We love to visit places that Guy Fieri reviews on his show. The Galway bay did not disappoint us. We chose to have our meal on the pub side and the atmosphere was so authentic. We felt like we were truly in Ireland and not in Maryland. The... More

On our historic pub crawl of Annapolis, the Galway Bay was our last stop. Loved hearing the history of the pub and having a drink to boot!

We love walking there from our house and we'll go there over closer restaurants. When we aren't up for a full dinner, and just looking for a good burger - their $6 burger night is the best.

This is a friendly Irish style pub with a good selection of Irish dishes, salads and seafood. Prices are reasonable and the food is always tasty.

This is a greta Irish classic in downtown Annapolis. They make their own corned beef, and anything with it is fabulous! Also love the potato cakes appetizer!

We were in Annapolis on an impromptu day trip from our home in the Washington, DC suburbs. We really hadn't thought it out, and so we found ourselves wanting brunch without advance plans or reservations. After walking around Annapolis for a bit, we were up around the State Capitol building and found this restaurant. We were seated promptly, they had... More
