Liked this place

Very good food and great selection of craft beers. Rams Head has a historic bar downstairs, looked cool but I only peeked in, also a restaurant upstairs, and a theatre area for shows. We ate in the restaurant area with a great seat by the front window looking out over downtown Annapolis... read more

We stopped in on a hot and humid afternoon to cool off and enjoy a cold beer. Sat at the bar and the bar tender was delightful! Wish I would have gotten his name. He was a local and gave us lots of tips on where to dine. The bar had a nice vibe.

Sat outside with the dogs for lunch. Enjoyed excellent beer battered fish tacos and husband had a club sandwich. Food excellent, service good as well. Went back later without the dogs for a drink at the bar. Friendly bartender and good selection on tap

Living so close, never came by until now. This venue is not hidden but very quaint among the business of government in Annapolis. The food in the outer restaurant was by all accounts impeccable. We were amazed that we could take our drinks from restaurant into the stage area. Maybe 225 seated with a great sound system makes this venue... More

Wish they had more local fare for lunch on Sunday, it was just a brunch menu so no crabcakes or any of those offerings. We had a sampler or two and other beer. Beer was OK, definitely better off going for the hoppy or dark stuff than the lighter side.

Came here on mothers day and was really looking forward to it. Ended up being kind of disappointed. The waitress we had was awful, other people working there had to compensate for her even though it wasn't very busy, and even they were not exactly rude, but just didn't give good customer serivce. The food was great. I ordered a... More

Have been attending shows and enjoying dinner at this location for years. Service and fare has been constantly above average. Try the pre dinner meal, show package with validated parking. The host or hostess will escort you to your seat in the intimate concert room at meals end. Great place to catch a show.

I always enjoy coming to Rams Head Tavern for an interesting Salad. Once again, they have created an interesting twist to a salad! Mangos and apples on a bed of lettuce with an awesome dressing. Sliced almonds and chow mien noodles under a a perfectly seared sliced tuna. Very original and refreshing. Only downer to our dining experience-no coffee. Apparently... More

A charming little place. We've seen Kevin Costner, !0,000 Maniacs, and the Bacon Brothers. The venue is small, tables are tightly packed together but once the show starts all of that becomes a non-issue. The sound and the intimacy is the best I have ever experienced at a small venue. The staff is well trained and accommodating. The food is... More

We used to like to go for their Monday night lobster special which was $19.95. They recently raised the price to $24.95 which still isn't a bad price but the service has been so bad that it's no longer enjoyable. We have had to return poorly made drinks, wait for drinks, and have even had to get up and go... More
