I have eaten at this location several times for over years. On a recent visit, I sat outside. The beer was good (Copper Head), but the fish and chips was just, okay. Sat outside, there were smokers, would sit inside next time.

We spend the night in Annapolis about once a year to go to the Ram's Head for a show/band - the venue is small, there really aren't 'bad' seats, and the artists are varied. Almost anyone could find a show here to suit his or her interests. When we go, we typically have dinner here too. You get a discount... More

Stopped in for lunch yesterday, had a burger and fries and my gf had a chicken sandwich and fries. Food was delicious, beer choices were great and overall a fun atmosphere

We arrived on time for an 8:30 reservation, and were escorted past the trendy outdoor section and the tavern-like indoor atmosphere we were looking for, and into a section of the restaurant which looked like a Shoney's. Outdated decor, sticky plastic tablecloth, the works. But at least it was in a corner and private. After getting our drinks and appetizer,... More

We stopped here on July 4 before the fireworks for drink and appetizers. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed sitting on the patio under all the greens. It was a nice relaxing afternoon.

We were there Saturday early for lunch, and sat out on the patio. Our waiter walks up with dirty nasty clothes and has a very bad attitude. He said "Do want something to drink or what?", so we order beer, he says "Is that all?" we said no we would like to order lunch. He says "After I get back... More

This is a cool place with plenty of beers on tap to quench your thirst. We like the downstairs portion of the bar and really enjoy the intimate feeling of the bar. Great place and fun!

OK, this is a bar (not really but in spirit). The original of what is now a five or six restaurant chain in Annapolis/Eastern Shore/Baltimore it is close to the heart of downtown Annapolis. Attached to a performance venue where some of the best talent around comes to sing/play, etc., The Rams Head Tavern has surprisingly good food. I don't... More

I had heard from others that Rams Head is not very organized for their events, but 2 nights ago I got to experience their lack of organization first hand. The dinner was to begin at 6:30, but we were not allowed in until 7:00 because the actors got stuck in traffic. This doesnt' make sense since the actors have nothing... More
