Pancakes were super fluffy and HUGE! The strawberry topping was like a chunky jelly and wonderful! Spanish omelet was as good as it gets. The everything bagel and bacon was perfect. Toast was perfect and homemade. Be prepared this is a hoping place. It is small and lots of folks want to eat there.

Coming to Maryland just for the day, we wanted to try crab cakes but found them pricey. We decided to try Chick and Ruth's because it was near the theater we were going to. Turned out that the crab cakes each were 1/2 pound, loaded with crab an a delicate batter. Couldn't have asked for more and the price was... More

We've been here a few times and, frankly, have been disappointed. It seems they always mess up the order. Decided to have breakfast here today, and glad we did. It's crowded, but they move along. Waitress was friendly; I like places where they call you hon, and it's genuine. I had eggs Benedict with corned beef hash; my wife had... More

Stopped by Annapolis on the way home and wanted crab cakes. Several recommended this place. From the moment we walked in it felt like walking into someones home....they were very friendly and the crab cakes, oh my they were wonderful. I also took home a loaf of their bread, yummy.. Great place

It's a little small and it gets crowded in the morning but its a great place with a lot of character to it. Great place to stop in for a quick bite.

We went here twice while we were here in Annapolis. The crab cakes were really good. We also tried a crab meat mac n cheese, which was also very good. Just to warn you, the place is very tiny and doesn't seem to be the cleanest. So, if you are looking for a super clean place to eat, this isn't... More

A good show. Lots of locals, colorful staff, a novel-length menu and heaps of hearty food. Not for those seeking dignified solitude.

Love love love the corned beef and pastrami sandwiches! I would have one every day if I could afford the calories! Moderately priced. Lots of history, atmosphere but not a pretty place! Go for breakfast to say the Pledge of Allegiance or try a sandwich named after MD legislators!! This is a casual, fun place for a real old fashioned... More

Grabbed breakfast to go for my husband and me after a run en route to our hotel. Little did I know this was an Annapolis fave. It was so busy and so loud, I just asked the cashier what I should get for take out. Got an egg/cheese/sausage sandwich on bagels for my husband and me each, they were pretty... More
