Great Breakfast

Great place for breakfast. The offer some unique selections...not jus the average bacon and eggs. I had the breakfast banana split...a sliced banana, vanilla yogurt, granola, and fresh berries...yum! I'm a tea drinker and was disappointed. Although they offer Eastern Shore teas (a great tea... read more

Unique and very good breakfast items. It's a semi-famous spot in Baltimore that now has an Annapolis location.

My significant other and I spent a week looking at food images from this restaurant online. We were so hyped up and the cafe exceeded our every expectation. FOOD WAS AMAZING! Plus they validated our parking. Win/win! The staff was very friendly as well.

Yelp took the six of us to this place where a hint of southern influences a huge variety of dishes in a variety of ways. Savory replaces sweet. Spice is everywhere. But watch the bill...at 27 dollars for the crab & green tomatoe Benedict, it adds up fast. Service was terrific. Get there early on the weekend...it can be a... More

I wanted to love this place. It was so recommended! We went as a family with a baby. Service was excellent as was our waitress. We ordered 2 of the more expensive items on the menu. My husband's meal included filet and he asked for it cooked medium. There was no pink to be found. It was definitely well done.... More

My son introduced me to Miss Shirley's. The food is interesting and original, a great place for foodies. The prices are higher than your average breakfast place, but the quality is much higher than the average breakfast place. Well worth the price just don't be surprised. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I recommend that you arrive early or be prepared... More

We visited Annapolis for a wedding and were told by multiple people to visit Miss Shirley's. We went for Sunday brunch with a party of 10 and waited approximately 45 minutes before being seated. The bloody marys are fantastic. I ordered the fruit plate with greek yogurt which exceeded my expectations. My husband had an omelet. The service was so-so... More

I heard good things and man did the visit to Miss Shirley's exceed expectations in every aspect of the dining experience. We came on a weekday and the crowd was steady, but there was no wait for our party of four. Two of us started with early afternoon libations which are served in mason jar-type mugs and heavily garnished. I... More

As one reviewer said, study the menu beforehand. It's a southern style restaurant with an Annapolis flair (i.e. seafood and grits). If you like alcoholic beverages, I strongly suggest imbibing with one of their signature drinks while you wait for your table. They are all great! Lots of choices, lots of different sides to go along with your order. (The... More
