It might be the only breakfast place but its not as good as pictured. Chicken n Waffles were good, so as the kids meals. French toast versions are just too much and the Cheesecake French Toast is just not well executed...

My friend and I both ordered plates that were "market price". I ordered the shrimp and crab sandwich. We both were not impressed with our meal. Mine was tasteless. We were recommended the monkey bread for dessert by our waitress. Lumps of bread with chocolate poured on top is what was served. Our waitress was robotic speaking with a frown... More

I was amazed at how "allergy" conscience they are. The waiter asked several different ways about food allergies and knew the difference between cross contamination and a simple intolerance.Great breakfast options! The Monkey Bread looked amazing and I'm sorry I couldn't eat it!

I was here on a Thursday morning with a friend and 2 toddlers. They were just okay about accommodating us (I asked for 2 highchairs and assumed we'd sit at a table. The host insisted on putting us in the back corner in a booth and gave us boosters that didn't attach to anything. Not my favorite, but it worked... More

We were with a group visiting the area for the week while our kids were at camp. We made our way over to Miss Shirley's around noon each day, and had a great brunch experience every time. Most days we had Joshua serve us. At first he was uber formal with us. Once we figured out his dry wit, we... More

Great breakfast but be prepared for the hour wait on a Saturday morning. Well worth it though. The coconut french toast was amazing.

While in Annapolis for a niece's wedding,Miss Shirley's was recommended to us. A great spot for foodies, the dishes are uniquely M Shirley's own and a treat. Got there early enough but by the time we left there was quite a crowd. The drinks, especially the Bloody Mary, were wonderful. From the blackened shrimp and grits on fried green tomatoes... More

We visited Ms. Shirley's for breakfast and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. I ordered one of their omelettes and found it to be excellent, made of fresh ingredients, and the size of the portion was quite generous. Our server was very courteous and helpful, with a brilliant sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Ms. Shirley's to... More
