What wonderful food this unassuming restaurant is cooking. We started with the freshes bowl ( huge) of guacamole that I can remember having anywhere. The chips were homemade and yummy. We got the ceviche which was all shrimp and spices and completely delicious. We also got a great seafood stew. Spicy broth with lots of fresh fish and shellfish. Can't... More

Over this past year Sin Fronteras has become my favorite spot to eat in Annapolis. I at least make it a point to stop in once a week. Do not let the location of this restaurant deter you from dining there. It is located in a small strip next to a liquor store. However the food is without a doubt... More

This is located in a small strip mall near Rt 2 on Forest Drive. There is a liquor store in the mall that has people that hang outside of it. I would probably go more often if the location was a bit better. The owners are very pleasant and help new customers decide on the food on the menu. My... More

Everyone had great things to say about this place, and I really wanted to like it, but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Chicken vegetable soup and am sorry to say it was a total let down. It completely lacked flavor; tasted like store bought chicken broth. And while it was chock full of whole chicken legs and vegetables,... More

Sin Fronteras is so much more. If you are looking for authentic Central American food, this is your place! Try something you haven't heard of like Baleadas (Honduras), Ceviche or Lomo Saltado (Peru). If you must have Mexican, the Pesado Oaxaca like standard Mexican fare. Ask for the skinny margarita (no mix, only lime, tequila and a little sugar) or... More

Based on several personal recommendations, we tried this restaurant tonight. Started out with a margarita. Oh my. Fabulous! We always compare margaritas to our favorite...the Mexican Cafe. We don't like the sweet stuff made with Margarita Mix. This was definitely made with the real stuff...one margarita at a time. I definitely could not have more than one. I usually have... More

This is a hole in the wall near the Annapolis Town Center. The food is fresh. and fabulous. Portions are large. One of the best chile rellenos I ever had! Go here, you won't be disappointed.

In a small shopping strip in a very unpretentious area, out jumps Sin Fronteras Cafe. It is the best, friendliest, service oriented, and unbelievably wonderful Mexican and Latin American food and drinks anyone could imagine. The owner is always there to greet guests, the service is casual and perfect and the FOOD is spectacular. Can't even suggest what to order... More

Let's cut to the chase... Food was good, I tried the carne asada and my wife the ropa vieja and both were tasty. Tried the guacamole and it was ok. Ambience is so, so and many will be deterred by the exterior... Overall a good place to eat away from the huge crowds downtown.

Great little place in a nondescript setting. Don't let that scare you off. I eat there several times a week, love the fish taco's. The house Margarita's are pretty bad, but they will make them to order if you ask.
