I have been a dozen times..best pizza I have eaten, best Caprese salad, best clams and Sausage, best clam pasta, best beet salad...great and inexpensive wine list...and they make the dough, sauce, charcuterie and cheese themselves! So as I'm sitting across my husband facing the kitchen I'm secretly devising a plan (after tasting the food) on how to kidnap one of the chefs Haha do I sound crazy?! Good! Cause the food is just that good! Holy cow! I can not stop thinking about this place! (Disclaimer:Everything is going to be written with exclamations so just... More

My wife and I were in Annapolis for one night and were disappointed to have to wait for 45 minutes on a Wednesday night. The wine selection was good, we shared a cheese plate which offered four different cheeses which were all excellent. Then we ordered a pizza which was also excellent. Would have given better rating were it not... More

We recently moved to Annapolis from out-of-state. A friend suggested we try Vin 909 for their fine pizza and great atmosphere. Overall, we didn't think we could find a better pizza than from The Hill in St. Louis, but Vin was just as good. We enjoyed several lunches at Vin 909 and were pleased with the quality of the food,... More

We LOVE this restaurant. It is possibly the best in all of Annapolis, and that's saying a great deal as that town has many good and great restaurants. Vin 909 gives a personal touch to the food. We ate at the "chef's counter" where we could watch them prepare the food. This place is clean, fresh, creative, and the chef... More

There is never less than a 45 minute wait here and they won't take a reservation or call ahead. Food is interesting and good, but I'm not sure it warrants a 'great', especially with that wait time. We do love that everything is made in-house, butterscotch pudding to die for.

This restaurant enlightened me with the most delicious pizza I have ever had... Unfortunately (but also fortunately for food fanatics such as myself), they change their menu so frequently that I was never able to have it again! It was called the 'Cowboy Pizza', which they CAN make custom for you as long as they have all of the ingredients.... More

Cozy restaurant in Eastport area near fire station. We ate in the heated outdoor section on a bad weather day. Place was quite full in spite of the sleet and snow. Pizza was excellent-"spotted pig" with wild boar meatballs. Sliders were a bit pricey for what you get but were very good. Excellent beer- wine choices. Butterscotch pudding was a... More

This is the only place in Annapolis where you can enjoy original dishes prepared with organic ingredients. It is very popular and you have to be there 15 min before they open or stay on a list for 1:30 to get a table. Unfortunately they do not take reservations.

The doors open at 5 pm for evening dining and there is always a line. You can eat modestly with a beverage and flatbread and have a delightful time without breaking the bank. The original seating is limited so an outdoor section has been added - enclosed and heated. It's adequately comfortable on all but the coldest days. Dress is... More
