I've been to Paladar a couple of times and really like this place . . . a lot. The service is good, the atmosphere definitely has that latin energy, and the food and drinks are very good. The general manager truly makes an effort to get to know the clientele. The huge wall bar is a nice touch as is... More

This restaurant (currently two locations) is Latin themed. Beautifully decorated (but noisy) it has everything from Latin comfort food to a huge selection of tequila, mixed drinks and beer. The food is interesting and plentiful and the variety sufficient so that even those not interested in Latin can find something appealing. We go as often as we can and are... More

I absolutely love this place. My husband I have been several times and we can't get enough. All of the dishes we've had have all been outstanding and full of flavor. My favorite dish is the Ropa Vieja. I also love the guacamole and all of the mixed cocktails. My husband loves the flights of rum and the desserts. When... More

Enjoyed the feel of this place. Black Bean soup was delicious, smooth and tasty. You can share meals and mix it up.

Came here with a group of 15 after an afternoon of sailing in Annapolis. The food was very good. We tried several styles of guacamole but the spicy classic took first place. Other standouts are the churrasco and the ropa vieja. Leave some room for the churros and the sweet potatoe donuts.

My wife and I stopped here for a date night and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Our server, Will, was extremely knowledgeable and had some great suggestions in addition to some of the best service we've ever had. We will definitely be returning! Make sure you try the Passion Fruit Pork Chops (sounds bizarre but it's awesome)!

The only reason I am not giving Paladar five stars is due to the limited outdoor area allotted for the bar. To get the happy hour prices, you have to sit in the bar areas. However, there were only a handful of tables on the patio for the bar, while numerous tables in the outdoor restaurant area sat empty. The... More

Fantastic Latin comfort food, great drinks, great service. We've been here a few times and always have a great meal. One of our absolute favorites in Annapolis!! If you're going for happy hour - get there early, by about 430 or so - otherwise you won't get a table. If you want dinner on a weekend, make a reservation it... More

We had never been to a rum bar, and didn't know quite what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised!! First of all, the decor is classy without being high-brow. I liked the way it was not too busy, like so many new restaurants are. You won't find a gazillion items tacked on the wall. You will find clean lines, hanging... More

My boyfriend and I made a quick trip to Annapolis from DC to dine at Paladar and it was well worth it. I requested a larger table just so that we could sit next to each other, and the host gladly accommodated our request. The server was young, and very energetic. I heard a lot of complaints that the restaurant... More
