What started as "Happy Hour", soon turned into dinner (and more sangrias) especially after we saw some of the plates pass by us. The food and service was good, considering that the restaurant (inside & outside) were packed!

I loved my trip to paladar! The rums were interesting and I learned a ton. If you only know Bacardi shots like me, you'll experience a whole new world of rum. The happy hour and rum flights are a tremendous value. The fish tacos were tasty, and the fish in it was perfect when tried alone, but the fish itself... More

Food was good. Service was terrible. Our server was just not on his game. He actually mumbled under his breathe as he was walking away from our table and we could clearly here was what said. We had no special requests, no complaints, not sure what his deal was but it pretty much ruined our lunch. The restaurant was almost... More

Very interesting menu for Latin/Spanish food. Our server, Ian, were terrific. He patiently explained many items on the menu and helped our one diner adjust her order to her dietary needs. Our group of four all enjoyed our lunch. The chip bowl with yucca and plantain is awesome, especially with guacamole.

I researched this place hard before coming.... My expectations far exceeded what I anticipated. Our server was great. He asked had we ever been there before and when we said no, he excitingly jumped into a great explanation of the restaurant! We really appreciated that...The food was amazing, it reminded me of when I was in Miami! I had a... More

We just stopped in this place because we noticed that it had seafood on the menu and that's what we wanted to eat. My husband had a spinach salad with salmon and I had the salmon dinner that had zucchini and Yucca, carrot sauce. Both of our meals were delicious. Our waiter, Nathan, was perfect in every way. He was... More

A great atmosphere. Paladar is the best place to come to for Latin food. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Had the flavored quacamole for appetizer..delicious... Ordered the El Cubano Combo - excellent... My friend ordered the Mango Chicken Salad - very large portion..also excellent...The restaurant inside is quite interesting - very high ceilings and modern decor. There are a few tables outside. No view - just the Annapolis Town Center.

Have always enjoyed this restaurant in the past. Have been coming to Annapolis for long weekends past couple of years and always stopped here. Disappointed with appetizer and sandwich. Chorizo fundito (sp?) was just overcooked cheese. Dry. Lacked flavor. Had the Cuban. Possibly the worst Cuban sandwich I have every had. My wife had the carne tacos with beans and... More

I stumbled upon this place while walking from my nearby hotel. I tried a guacamole and chips appetizer along with another dish including shrimp and corn cakes. The appetizers were fine, but certainly did not stand out as memorable. The restaurant also features rum, so I tried a mango tea mojito and a glass of aged rum. Both were fine,... More
