This restaurant is a great change from the usual seafood and italian restaurants of Annapolis. There is convenient free parking. The place is very loud so don't go for conversation. Go to eat and drink! They have really great mixed drink selection, especially the mojitos. If you get an appetizer, it is unlikely you will be able to finish the... More

Nice variety of appetizers and entrees. Ditto on cocktails. Take your prevacid before you go if you like the spicy stuff.

We were planning to go to another restaurant but found out it was closed. It was raining and just by chance decided to go here. Very nice atmosphere and sat by windows. Our server was attentive and since it was first visit explained things well. Food was excellent we had Ropa And glazed chops and very good mojitos and bread... More

A colleague and I were doing some shopping after work over the summer and stopped in here for happy hour. The margaritas and mojitos were excellent. The chips were a combination of house made tortilla and plantain chips and the guacamole was delicious. We enjoyed the drinks and appetizers so much that we stayed for more drinks and dinner. All... Visited Annapolis for a HS Band Competition. Found Paladar in the Annapolis Town Center. Interesting interior, but not reminiscent of a Latin décor except maybe the colors on one wall. Halfhearted service, tasty but predictable food, lunch for 3 was $45 - more than it was worth, really. I left full -- but not satisfied.

I stumbled upon Paladar while walking through the Annapolis center. A family and their dog were eating outside and while petting the dog, I asked if the place was good. They responded in the positive. I went in and was overwhelmed by the Rum offerings and the décor inside. I sat at the bar and the bartender greeted me right... More

Stopped by for a glass of wine and some of their $5 appetizer options. Took forever to get the wine; and food then arrived on its heels. We specifically had asked that one of the 3 appetizers we ordered to be served first; the other 2 to be treated more like the "entrée." We must have been speaking Greek -... More

This is one of our "go-to" places for a date. We always sit at the bar- the mojito selection is amazing and the guacamole is on point. We typically order a few appetizers to share and have never been disappointed. The bar staff is always friendly, and attentive. I have recommended this restaurant to several couples, and they rave about... More

We visit Paladar several times a year, usually in the spring and fall when it comfortable to sit outside. Always start with one of their guacamoles served with house made assortment of of plantain, yucca, malanga and tortilla chips. I usually select one their "latin comfort foods" (hearty stews) for my entre' but I've also sampled their ceviches and lighter... More
