Excellent Brunch menu, long list of drinks and best of all it was not crowded. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was 'polished Annapolis'.

My wife and I stopped in here for lunch while shopping in Towne Center. She had the fish tacos and sweet potato fries and pronounced them very good. I had the El Cubano sandwich which I really enjoyed. Food was very good. Drinks were pricey. I had a draft craft beer $6.25, most other places it would be $4-5. She... More

I need to eat here more often! We ordered from the lunch menu which had smaller portions and reasonable prices. I had tacos el pastor and my husband chose the cuban sandwich. (The lunch portion is only half of a sandwich.) The fresh flavors of the pineapple and mango in the side salad, along with the hearts of palm was... More

This restaurant is a great change from the usual seafood and italian restaurants of Annapolis. There is convenient free parking. The place is very loud so don't go for conversation. Go to eat and drink! They have really great mixed drink selection, especially the mojitos. If you get an appetizer, it is unlikely you will be able to finish the... More

Nice variety of appetizers and entrees. Ditto on cocktails. Take your prevacid before you go if you like the spicy stuff.

We were planning to go to another restaurant but found out it was closed. It was raining and just by chance decided to go here. Very nice atmosphere and sat by windows. Our server was attentive and since it was first visit explained things well. Food was excellent we had Ropa And glazed chops and very good mojitos and bread... More

A colleague and I were doing some shopping after work over the summer and stopped in here for happy hour. The margaritas and mojitos were excellent. The chips were a combination of house made tortilla and plantain chips and the guacamole was delicious. We enjoyed the drinks and appetizers so much that we stayed for more drinks and dinner. All... Visited Annapolis for a HS Band Competition. Found Paladar in the Annapolis Town Center. Interesting interior, but not reminiscent of a Latin décor except maybe the colors on one wall. Halfhearted service, tasty but predictable food, lunch for 3 was $45 - more than it was worth, really. I left full -- but not satisfied.

I stumbled upon Paladar while walking through the Annapolis center. A family and their dog were eating outside and while petting the dog, I asked if the place was good. They responded in the positive. I went in and was overwhelmed by the Rum offerings and the décor inside. I sat at the bar and the bartender greeted me right... More
