We love Brio Tuscan Grille. Great food at a reasonable price. I haven't had a bad meal here. Good for families with children.

Horrible service and very bad dining experience ! The food was not warm and took extremely too long!! The waiter was not attentive and would forget all our requests. Then finally we ordered the chocolate cake dessert and when we finally received the dessert, the scoop of vanilla ice cream was completely melted over the chocolate cake.
We arrived for our 7:00 pm reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter came by and asked for our immediate order so we asked for water while we looked over the menu. 40 min later, he came back to take said order. 15 min after THAT come our drinks. We were there almost an hour before they brought a bread...

An upgraded Olive Garden. Elegant setting but our waiter was luckluster. We were quickly seated without a reservation. Food was okay - honestly, I've had better at the Olive Garden. I'd try another restaurant before I came back here.
If you are looking to sit at the bar and have cocktails, better to have cocktails before you come. Their bartenders are sssllllllooooowww and clueless. Was in there on a Friday at 4:30, sat at the bar for 5 minutes listening to the bartenders talking about what they needed behind the bar......advice to bartenders (stock the bar on YOUR time,...

The food was delicious, the staff was genuinely friendly and accomodating, the service was great and the event was fun for our toddlers. The Bunny was a good sport, taking pics, high fiving and hopping about. They had crafts and even little goody...

Ive eaten at a number of their locations. The food is always consistent with pleasant if inexperienced wait staff. Good place for a business lunch or dinner.
This is the most authentic Italian meal since returning from Tuscany last fall. Caroline was very helpful in the wine and entree selections, great flavorful meal. Will highly recommend.
Despite one-hour wait on Saturday night, found seats at the bar and ate there. Staff was slow but bartender went to kitchen himself to speed us up. Food excellent.
I have only been for Happy Hour a few times. They have reduced prices on a few Apps. I like the beef carpaccio, and the burger is good. My friend had a spicy shrimp dish, but it was too spicy. The problem is that the bartender was rude to my friend. He and my friend were talking, and when the...
