We've eaten there twice recently and the food and service were very good.both times. Not very crowded and I'm afraid it may close soon. No idea why - it's much better than nearby chain restaurants. I recommend you go and check it out while you can.

My husband and I have eaten at Carsins' a few times now. We like the atmosphere of the restaurant. The booths are large and the restaurant is never over crowded (perhaps for a reason though) which allows for an intimate dinning experience. We've never had an issue with service here. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and they are... More

It's always a good sign when you request something special and the manager comes out himself to explain your choices. Even better when they get it right, which they did.

Appetizers and soups were devoid of any flavor whatsoever , could only add salt and pepper to taste any flavor at all ! My filet was ordered medium rare and after sending it back twice still came out well done. The meat was an inferior grade , tough as if it should have been treated as chuck roast. Service was... I took my two sons out for dinner and chose this restaurant for its reputation. This was a special evening, as our schedules do not allow us to have a lot of family time. We all ordered steaks ($28.95 each). My steak was ordered well done and came out redder than my sons whose was medium well. I sent the... More

We thought that this would be a nice quite place to have dinner, WRONG. It took forever to get waited on. When the food came the baked potatoe was cold, steak was way to rare and the salmon was so-so... The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused, and the place wasn't that crowed. Our waitress never came back to explain the... More

Wife and I went there for Valentine's Day. We thought we had made a good choice, but no. The salad was iceberg chops with a tomato and slice of cucumber and a dash of dressing, the steaks were undercooked and cold and the baked potato was too cold for the butter to melt. All this and the place was not... More

It has good food, but the location is a little odd. Service is fast for the most part based on the time of day.

Went there tonight. VERY OVERPRICED. We were the only ones in there.Waitress was very good. Mashed potatoes were cold upon arrival, but she did replace them right away. My filet mignon was rather tough, as was my husband's ribeye. $56 plus tip for our dinners. We won't be going back again!
