It's an ok place. The pizza is good, not greasy. They don't have a fryer, so fries, etc. are baked. It's pricey. Clean place to eat.

Typical "Amato's type" sandwich i've come to like during my visits to Northern Maine. Soup was obviously a canned version and someone forgot to add the needed water (way too thick) .

Everything here is not to bad, just their sandwiches kind of lacked in my opinion. There calzones are my favorite.

My favorite place for Pizza in the Augusta. Their Italian sandwiches are pretty good also. An institution in Central Maine.

If your idea of Italian food (in the form of a sub) is white bread, with a thick slab of american cheese, a few tasteless tomatoes, onions and green peppers, then this is the place for you. I also tried a 10 inch pizza and it was pathetic, burnt and the sauce was terrible. This chain (I've tried both the... More

The food is so processed. Nothing homemade. Just so disappointing!! Not sure how they can say this is Italian food. I guess it would be okay if you put in the same category as fast food.

My husband and I go here a lot. I love the subs! One time I went in and ordered as per usual and didn't notice until I got home that they wrote his and hers on the outside of our subs. It was such a suprise and very thoughtful.

If this is your idea of Italian, then you must be from another planet. A colleague and I had Italian sandwiches there one afternoon. White mushy bread, paper thin meat, no Italian flavor, no oil/vinegar, no flavor even of the meats. An utter and total disappointment. The staff was pleasant, but the food -- this is really a low tier... More

The prices are very good at this place. It is not a fancy place at all. They have counter service and plenty of tables. It is a good place for kids. We took our grandson and they loved the pizza. My husband and I had the spagetti and meatball special. It was very good. If you have a big group... More
