Olive Gardens are typically consistently good from city to city but the Augusta Maine store is superior to others we've visited. The Reason? Staff! The team at this Garden go out of their way to assure a very good and fun meal from Dan the manager who visited each table to assure satisfaction to Mighty Megan (see her pic) the... More

Took 40 minutes to get drinks served. The drink were finally served with the bread and salad. We were never asked if we wanted water or if we wanted refills. Food was good as usual but the waitress just didn't seem to have it together. Disappointed.

I think they have a wicked good Alfredo Sauce and I love their chicken and gnocchi soup. The servers are always friendly. We had just gotten seated at a table for 6 when we got a call that two more people were joining us. Our Server graciously was able to move us to a larger table as soon as it... More

Great selection and the wait was only about fifteen minutes to get in. The service was great and the breadsticks are always delicious.

We opted for the Olive Garden as it was convenient to our hotel and as a general rule of thumb we prefer to eat at restaurants where we know what we are getting unless traveling with someone from the area. The restaurant was quite busy but we were still able to get a table in under 15 minutes. The host... More

Always loved Olive Garden. However, the last time I went, my chicken parmigiana had greasy cheese that tasted like cheddar and the zuppa toscana was not up to par. The kale was tough and everything was extremely salty. It was so bad that I haven't been back since and don't know if I ever will.

Had lunch for a staff member with a party of 8. Half the table sent the silverware back. We ordered the salad had hair in it, we sent that back. Everyone was served but they forgot my order. The waitress was MIA and 10 min after everyone was served they brought mine out. It was overcooked and burned black. The... More

Went for dinner. Didn't have to wait to be seated. I really like the décor at this Olive Garden vs. some of the other ones I have been too. Our waiter Chad was super nice. We didn't wait long for our food and as always it was yummy.

This was my first time at the Olive Garden in Augusta, Maine. It was cute, well decorated, and as usual the food was yummy! We had the lasagna and the fettuccine alfredo. Our meal was served promptly and our waitress was very sweet. I would definitely return again!

Nice. Clean. Polite staff. Good food. A little pricey. Good if you like Italian food no American food choices. I love Italian food but I ordered spaghetti with sausage and there was more sausage than spaghetti. Would liked more sauce and spaghetti less sausage but maybe big meat eaters would disagree.
