Good selection of beer. Food is okay...I would go here to drink and then go somewhere else to eat. If you are looking for a fun, laid back place, this would fit the bill. Very accommodating for large groups.

While this is the Hot spot in downtown Auburn, it only gets 3 star from me, because I don't drink, and while the food is ok, this is the hot spot because all the locals go here and eat, drink and meet their friends. If you want to do all of this AND have great food, I suggest Gippers

We were in L.A. for the D3 national Hockey tournament and used Gritty's as our pre and post game meeting spot. We loved the selection of their signature Brews and quality and variety of food that was available. They were very accommodating with our large group when we brought the team and supporters in late Saturday after the Championship game.... More

The beer is great. We had a seasonal special, Bourbon Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout. It was very very good. The food was ok. Two of us had meatloaf with mashed potatoes and fried green beans. Everything was good but the potatoes where cold. Overall good basic pub food with above average beer. We will go back.

A pub my family frequents quite often. We really enjoy the food, beer and atmosphere. Located just before the bridge into Lewiston, this pub offers a lot. Food Every year the food gets better. They have seasonal specials on food, which are always a hit. Beer They craft their own beer in house. http://grittys.com/beers_home.php I highly enjoy their Maines Best... More

Read the reviews online and decided to try it out based upon those and a recommendation from our hotel. It was a Sunday evening and the place was fairly busy. We were immediately seated in the bar area at a table with benches. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, so it took some time for him to get... More

Beer was tasty (Waitress made a nice recommendation for my wife). Food was prompt and yummy, everyone enjoyed their dish (pulled pork, buffalo chicken quesadillas, burger) and we had a nice... More

Really good place for a few beers, brewed on-site, and a bit of basic pub food. Food is pretty good but the choice is limited. We go here every time we visit.

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW service. Sunday afternoon before dinner found us on an uncrowded bench seat watching football on the big screens. Hamburgs and chicken sandwiches were overcooked and cold. We waited at least 40 minutes for overcooked burgers and cold fries. We watched our order sit on a serving platter for at least 5 minutes. Apparently our waiter left and... More

Pub food! Street parking with a nearby parking lot. Not too crowded and we were seated right away with menus. All the staff were semi-costumed for Halloween which was cool. It was a bit of a wait before our server showed up. We placed our orders and drinks were served. We enjoyed appetizers of pulled pork with sweet potato fries... More
