Very consistent, clean cajun seafoodrestaurant with great food and atmosphere and has been so for years.
Wow. Nice to be back in the South. Just say tea...it will automatically be Sweet tea. I cook Cajun but I can't touch these guys. Everything I ate was five stars. I could hardly walk out of the place. The device was spectacular. I rarely give 25%. You just can't go wrong here.
We were greeted with a big smile and a friendly face. One side of the restaurant seem to be the bar and the other is the restaurant. I ordered the Grilled Red Snapper ($18.99). It came with soup or salad, mashed potatoes or sauteed vegetables. Love that choice of sauteed vegetables. The red snapper had crab meat, crawfish tails and... More
Our daughters planned this party which was held Saturday, March 15, 2014 and could not have done a better job. They said the people were easy to work with and the menu was absolutely some of the best I've eaten. We had about 40 guests and everyone commented on how good the food was. We had two servers that stayed... More
I was looking forward to dining here as the reviews on here led me to believe this place was a must, needless to say I will not be back! Had the blackened snapper over Cajun rice and it was terrible. Not at all what I was expecting. Staff was not too friendly, I'm not so sure why people rave about... More
service was very good. prices were just a little high. we were able to walk right in on a weeknight. seafood bisque was excellent, bread pudding was excellent, everything else was OK. I had the "Catfish Blackjack". TIP: you'll get a free bread pudding if you tell them you are staying at the adjacent hotel!
We are visiting Louisiana (from Nebraska) and asked at the hotel where they would recommend for Cajun food. Cajun Landing was more than promised. Our waiter, Jason, was very attentive. My husband had Catfish Blackjack and I indulged in Seafood Fettuccine. The Seafood Bisque was our side dish and it was delicious. All were fabulous. We don't get a lot... More
I've eaten here twice, once in June 2013 and once in February 2014. Both times the food was excellent. I don't like spicy food but I did like the subtle spiciness of the items that I ordered. Had the seafood bisque both times and loved it, and the seafood platter was very good, but it is a big meal. When... More
On our way to NOLA for a weekend of eating and Mardis Gras but I don't think I'll get a better meal than this! 1/2 doz raw 1/2 grilled (to die for) and the best seafood bisque I've ever eaten. We're stopping here on the way home! Cute atmosphere too. Old fashioned and perfect!
There were a few miss steps to our dining experience but the rolls are to die for! I ordered a vodka martini which tasted odd so I sent it back. They remade it and it still wasn't quite right but I drank it anyway. When I got my bill they had charged me for a vodka I had not ordered.... More
