Great lobster bisque

This restaurant was next door to our hotel and was brightly decorated so we tried it. The staff were nice and the food was great, especially the lobster bisque! It is similar to a Red Lobster.

Alot of food...good food! Great staff! Really cool place. Co-owner Michelle is a doll. Stayed at Quality Inn by them and got free bread pudding. You need to go there!

The Red Snapper with crawfish cream sauce & Asparagus was devine. Loved the Bread Putting too. Our waiter Robbie was the best. He made great recommendations and brought drinks without having to be asked. Food was fabulous!

On a trip to research family history, we were referred to this place by a local who said the food is always good. The food was very good. Our server, Teresa, suggested we try the homemade bisque. It was delicious. The snapper and étouffée were top notch. As to the service it was professional with that personal touch making us... More

This was recommended by a local friend and I'm glad he did. We had the pleasure of being served by the delightful Jeanie. She was very attentive and incredibly friendly. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. We had a variety of meal items including my Filet, Snapper, etc...many seafood items - a few steak items...all very tasty.

Disappointing food; average service. Salads served with too much dressing - had to send back twice. Appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, were greasy and heavy - not very appetizing. Main course, chicken pasta, was drowned in cream sauce.

We ate here very early on a Friday evening, so it wasn't very crowded at that time. It was a nice restaurant with good ambiance. Unlike many newerestaurants, the noise level was low enough to enjoy a converstaion with someone at your table. We also saw a few families with children. Our service was very good. The server misundertood part... More

So we found this place driving through to New Orleans but search on the phone. The food was remarkable and price reasonably. Very clean with excellent service. Top dishes we enjoyed are the crab cakes, snapper and the seafood bisque which was not on the menu. We enjoyed this place so much we stayed the night in Alexandria on the... More

My husband and I were driving through and read the reviews and decided to stop. The place was cozy with a fun flair. The salad dressing on the Caesar salad was a bit tart but was okay after a few bites. We shared the seafood bisque which was good. I had the seafood crepes which were delicious and he had... More

I've had plumper ones before. had cup gumbo, which was quite good, lots of sausage. also had 2 crab cakes which were hot, fairly tasty, but lacked a lot of crab. really not a place I... More
