I've eaten all over the world and am rather picky, so when I say this was a great tasting meal, you can appreciate that. This was also an adventure. There was a power outage in Casco Viejo, so all of the streets and restaurants were dark. We weren't sure we should stay, but there were candles on the table and... More

I went yesterday and my experience was exactly the same as Jaya1029. Some tapas were salty, some had a flat uninteresting taste, some others were down right bad. Looks like we had the same menu and could not be more in agreement with her comments

This is a really nice restaurant with right price to have a dinner with local tradition and high gastronomic style. They serve a main course with 8 plates in sequence and the last one is the desert. The ambiance is simple, but with the local style. It is good option to have a dinner at Panama City and it is... More

A must goto place in Panama. You are greeted by a friendly waiters who explains the process of the meals. There is no menu you are just presented with 8-10 plates ranging from seafood, meats and local vegetables. The chef comes to the table and explains the different courses and the story behind the restaurant concept. The food is all... More

Book ahead. Be there on time. Let the staff know if you have an allergies. Eat. Enjoy. You might not fully like everything you taste but it doesn't matter. Another dish will come and you probably will love that one. It is all local with an international touch, fresh, well prepared in a genuin and nice setting. You will not... More

Make reservations ahead of time and this place is quite worth the experience. Chef's choice with no menu, not only do you get to chat with the chef but you get an insight into their process and their love of Panama and its agriculture. Could not recommend more highly.

Loved this tasting menu of 10 imaginative dishes. Well described by the staff at presentation of each course. Very attentive to a food allergy by a member of our party and made a wonderful substitution. Nice service. All staff bi-lingual.

My wife and I ate here recently and really enjoyed it. The various courses ranged from good to great. Not a bad dish among them. The service was very good and the owner stopped by and explained his approach to sourcing and using local ingredients. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Panama City.

With only one night in Panama City, & it being the last day of our trip, my friend & I wanted a really great meal. This place does NOT disappoint! My friend has Celiac (a severe allergy to gluten), & the Chef's tasting menu was seamlessly arranged to accommodate her restrictions. Chef Andres visited our table several times to explain... More
