This restaurant is one of Panama classics, the building once belonged to a bank which you can tell from the distribution of areas. This is a fancy restaurant, where you can find great fish, seafood and some Spanish specialties. I particularly like the urway they serve centollo (Caribbean King Crab) on its shell, without adding anything on top. You get... More

I was in PC for a week and was treated to lunch at this restaurant. A great menu on offer, and the beer was nice and cold! :-) We settled on Paella for three, and the serving was generous. The rice was nicely cooked, and the seafood within was perfectly cooked - not rubbery at all!. We also had an... More

Definitely the place to go for seafood. An old world restaurant without pretentions. Great service from knowledgeable staff, especially Miguel who remembered we drank water without ice even though our two visits were a week apart....very impressive. Did not consider this resto to be expensive as mentioned in other reviews. My wife and I had a bottle of wine, a... More

Perhaps we were expecting so much more after reading the rave reviews . We did find the food good but the service was not up to par for a restaurant with the reputation that this place has. Too many waiters chatting with each other and not really paying attention to the patrons.

Busy, upper end seafood restaurant, with well dressed locals and some special event attendees. Service at time overwhelmed, but always try to accommodate. Reservations a must

We visited this restaurant the first time under the impression it was a seafood restaurant. To our surprise, it is a Spanish restaurant. Well, the impression of the place is very good. Nice and elegant, the server Diana, was great accommodating all our requests, and seemed very knowledgeable about the entire Menu. This is a family restaurant that has been... More

The food was really tasty. Good range of seafood. The service was one star. Some items ordered never came. When asked about sea bass, "yes" was the answer. Another waiter said "it's LIKE sea bass". We had a large group, but many people had someone else drinks on their bill. Would go back for the food, but be ready to... More

My husband and I shared the mixed seafood skillet (zarzuela)for 2. We arrived for a 7PM reservation but had to go back to our hotel to change shoes as men must wear closed toe shoes. They didn't have our reservation, which I know was made by our hotel concierge as I was standing next to him while he made it.... More
