There is a big mess with Restaurante or Pizzeria Napoli. Probably there are two venues, led by the same owner in Panama City.. We visited The Napoli located at Calle 57 Este /https://www.facebook.com/Napolipanama /. It was very crowdy in the night and two big rooms were occupied mainly by local families with kids. The food, some pastas, chicken and calamari,... More

Pizzeria Napoli is an old establishment which has been around for several decades (the original is still across the Instituto Nacional in the old downtown section). Well known for its pizzas which are quite good. Thin crust and quite tasty, however, main dishes as the shrimp in tomato sauce serve with pasta was a bit mediocre. The tomato sauce reminded... More

I love the food & service at Napoli Obarrio. Rather than being overrun by tourists, it's full of locals who like the food and love the value. This isn't a place you go to for the ambiance but rather a restaurant you go to over and over again because the food is so darned good, and the value is exceptional.... More

We went and it must have been graduation night as it was packed and all the youngsters were dressed and celebrating. Good food all around especially the Clams in an unusual and tasty red sauce. Run by Greeks we were told and we loved the pizza as well. Served FF with the Alfredo which was kinda strange but all in... More

I went here, and the service was pretty fast and good considering the atmosphere of the restaurant. The menu seemed a little underwhelming, especially the pizza. I ordered clams with red sauce - that was good and there was a whole heck of a lot of value there. And then I got the pizza which was just overall not that... More

In the mid 80's I used to go downtown to the original place as often as I could (at least once a week) when I was stationed at Ft. Kobbe. The shrimp pizza was my favorite. The mozzarella cheese had a flavor like I have never tasted since. Very good. I will go back to Panama and Napoli again soon.... More

I love the brick oven baked pizzas and the shrimp salad....and a glass of wine or beer with the meal. Usually there are americans visiting Panama who end up at Napoli and everyone is happy to see each other. There's a guard outside who can keep an eye on your car while you are inside. This pizza place has character!... More
