More than a century ago, the Peruvian government invited Japanese families to relocate to help develop the country's agricultural industry. In addition to their hard work, the immigrants brought their cuisine that helped create a fusion of tastes that are among the most celebrated in South America. Zk does a brilliant job of bringing forth a vast array of sushi... More

The decor is very simple but effective. There is an inside and outside area. We sat at the Sushi bar and enjoyed watching the chefs creating the various dishes. The Ceviche's are very good. There are a lot of choices from the rolls we sampled were very good and unique. Good service. Good Value.

Had a great dinner with friends one evening in Panama City. Strange to enter via a shopping centre but once inside you are enveloped into the blacks and reds of elegant japan. The maitre d was so helpful and took our orders when our pitiful spanish confused the very polite waiter. We just left it to here and asked for... More

We already had a great sushi experience in Panama @ Soy in the Hardrock Hotel, but the Zk Nikkei Cuisine was even better. Very creative, for example sushi without rice or sushi flambé. We'll be back soon.

This restaurant is located next to Multiplaza in the Tower of the Americas building. It's a really nice, trendy sushi/asian cuisine spot with indoor and outdoor seating and filled with tropical floral arrangements. Food: We were in the mood for teppanyaki so we ordered that. My bf had shrimp and steak w/fried rice and I had salmon grill with veggies.... More

LOCATION Safe and secure place on ground floor of Torres de las Americas. BTW, Canadian embassy located in the same building :) THE RESTAURANT Nice design and atmosphere. The waiter was amazingly quick and attentive. THE MEALS The restaurant is declaring Japanese-Peruvian fusion. At first, it sounds strange to me, but when I saw the ordered meal - Salmon teriyaki... I was brought here by a customer for a late dinner / meeting. I understand that it was called sake and was very popular. Now, it has more of a Peruvian twist. All very good.

This is one of the most tasty Japanese restaurants I have tried, plus the chef makes amazing Pisco sour cocktails. If you are in Panama, do not miss this exquisite Japanese restaurant.

Elegant restaurant located in an upscale area of Panama City. Chef Masaki does a beautiful job blending traditional Asian flavors with a taste of Panama. Raul keeps the menu fresh and the restaurant pristine. Beautiful seafood.

We left the restaurant saying this was some of the best sushi we had ever eaten. We made reservations because it was Saturday night, but the restaurant never filled up. If the restaurant calls you a taxi, it will almost be double than most taxis.
