Best fish I have ever eaten

Nice little outdoor sitting area right next to the tourist police office in Casco Viejo. The service was excellent and the Fried Red Snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted, delicious! There were a few street performers who happened by, played a song, and then passed a hat around which was... read more

Before I left get to the plane that would take me to Panama, I had the idea that I would eat just black beans, pork, white rice and plantains... And being from Venezuela, it didn't sound different to me. However, Diablicos proved me wrong. Their food is AMAZING. Taste, composition, presentation, authenticity... Is a must to visit in casco viejo.... More

Woah what a rip off, I don't advise going to this restaurant. We had lunch here. The menu is not great, not much selection and everything is so overpriced. I had spaghetti and meatballs which cost $15 and that was before another 17% was added. It was just your standard spaghetti and meatballs, nothing fantastic. Juices were nearly $5 I... More

We stopped by Diablicos because we only had a 10 hour layover and the choices for Panamanian food in Casco Viejo were limited. We ordered patacones rellenos de mariscos and chicharron con yuca frita. Both were ok, nothing special. We did enjoy the decorations, but I imagine it might be scary for travelers with little kids! The walls are covered... More

Great food, generous servings, friendly and helpful staff. The fried whole fish and coconut rice was wonderful.

We were brought here by our tour guide at the end of a Gamboa tour. Our guide, Otto, had an arrangement with the staff. This was not my first time traveling so I suspected them to be the opportunists they were. We were charged a 10% service tax, which is a tip, and were told it was a government charge;... More

Our server Charlie was great and helpful. The Ceviche was very yummy and as luck would have it they had live panamanian dance performances. Fun night! I advise you to reserve cause they have limited space. Gracias Charlie!

Stop by for a mid-evening dinner (7:30 pm). We were just walking around Casco Viejo and "Charlie" stopped us to tell us about the authentic Panamanian food at Diablicos. Although the two for one drinks were a great deal ... we don't drink; so, he changed it to two-for-one soft drinks. We decided to stop and try the food. Turned... More

There's nothing more than going to a restaurant that welcomes you with open arms. We loved the food, dessert, entertainment and staff. Joseph our waiter was just a delight and he went out his way to please us. Even though we didn't have reservations the first time we ate there, he was able to accommodate us so that we can... More

We had a fabulous meal at Diablicos and I would visit them again if we were to be in Panama City again. We had a group of six adults. Everyone was pleased with the appetizers, meals, and drinks.
