I wanted to impress my aunt from California and my brother from Florida who were visiting me. Being a Panamanian myself, I´ve always enjoyed the good food and the folklore dance/music entertainment Diablicos has to offer. They did not let us down. The Ropa Vieja (shredded beef), Arroz con Pollo (rice and chicken) and Garlic Fish, accompanied by Patacones (fried... More

These people provide a superior experience. Great atmosphere with great food and service. This is the place to stop for a a quick Panamanian experience. Our server Yesica took great care of us and was extremely attentive.

My husband and I asked our hotel for a recommendation of authentic Panamanian cuisine and our guides led us to Diablicos, and we're glad they did. Delicious ceviche, pork, and beef, plantains, coconut rice, and drinks! Juan Carlos was a wonderful waiter and host. We loved the ambience of Casco Viejo, and variety of options at this restaurant. Sit outside... More

Food was great as was the sangria! Ceviche is superb. Had the pork with plantain which was tasty. Friends had the fish stew and said it was great. Traditional entertainment most nights but not Sunday when we went. Felt a little rushed by the waiting staff even though it was a quiet night.

We walked in the old quarters and stumbled into the restaurant. The staff was pleasant, our waiter was Rony Herrera. He was very helpful and suggested the best dishes in the restaurant, as well as the signature cocktail named Diablicos. We were entertained by a dance show.

I have eaten here on two trips to Panama. The first time I literally stumbled onto the place just to find refuge from the hot sun and humidity. It is a very "Panamanian" restaurant with local food and a nice atmosphere. filled with Panamanian masks and art and Panamanian figures and art work outside the restaurant. They have certain dance... We love to try local foods while traveling, and Diablicos was one of the few Panamanian cuisine restaurants we found in Casco Viejo. The portions were larger than we expected and ended up taking quite a bit of food back to the hotel with us. We started with the chorizo empanadas and carimanolas which were both excellent. We also had... More

We were walking along the old town and this restaurant caught our eyes with the extraordinary decoration. Both the outside and inside have beautiful masks, paintings & figures. We had a great lunch and our waiter was very friendly.

More relaxed atmosphere with really good local food. The rum recommended by staff was the best we tasted. Prices were very decent and interior decor. Great experience overall.

We loved the casual atmosphere and the authentic Panamanian food! Don't forget to try the spicy picante sauce with plantain chips!
