Super Gourmet is a wonderful place to get your morning coffee and breakfast. We had a veggie sandwich on english muffin with fresh fruit and a great cuppa joe. We also picked up fabulous homemade chocolate by Jasmina and stocked up on water, snacks and bug repellant that is made from natural ingredients for our trip to Gamboa.

This is a great escape from the old city when you need some "home" food, a cold beverage and air conditioning. The menu is in English and offers typical American food of sandwiches and salads. Try the Panama made chocolate bars -- they are more like fudge and are a nice treat.

Blayne is the welcoming owner of this cool little deli & shop. This place has such a friendly, laid back feeling that I loved dropping by to say hi and for a bottle of water during my walks around Casco Viejo. However, the "icing on the cake" for me was the breakfast all day deal.
