“Consistent and well..Thank you God for this place!”

I am an expat here in panama, and lets just say I am so thankful for this place! Always great food, best sandwiches hands down in Panama. (yes they have pastrami!) “Great escape”

This is a great escape from the old city when you need some "home" food, a cold beverage and air conditioning. The menu is in English and offers typical American food of sandwiches and salads. Try the Panama made chocolate bars -- they are more like fudge and are a nice treat. More

“Breakfast all day!”

Blayne is the welcoming owner of this cool little deli & shop. This place has such a friendly, laid back feeling that I loved dropping by to say hi and for a bottle of water during my walks around Casco Viejo. However, the "icing on the cake" for me was the breakfast all day deal. More

We ran into this place by accident on a trip to Casco Viejo. We stopped in after seeing a sign for Carribean chocolate and surprised to find that this shop also offered breakfast, sandwiches, and salads.
