Went to Casablanca after a bad experience with another restaurant nearby and so decided to try here for the main course, table of 7, service was attentive and fast, they assigned 3 wait staff to us. Food came out hot, quickly and everyone got their meals at the same time, often an issue in restaurants in Panama. Highly recommended.

As one of three restaurants around this popular square Casablanca attracts a wide range of diners and we chose it because several local people were eating there which we usually see as a good sign. However, for the price, the portions we got were disappointing. There were two pork rib dishes and having ordered one we were brought the other.... More

We were walking and decided to eat dinner here. Good choice. The fish was great and very fresh. The staff was very nice and didn't hurry us at all. We sat under umbrellas at tables right on the plaza and watched all the people.

We were a large group and understandably our food took a while to come out. My problem wasn't so much the wait but the quality of the food. Some of the meals were tasty enough but the portions were small but others were very average (mind included) and I was left feeling a little disappointed. There are so many great... More

I always enjoy my time at this restaurant, the food is delicious and the location and ambience is great since you're practically in the heart of Old Town in Panama. I always prefer to sit outside since the restaurant inside can be a little cramped and also can get loud. We had made reservations for about 20 people, and the... More

This restaurant is excellent in Panama. A must if you ask me. The best meal that I have had in Panama is in this restaurant. They have great atmosphere: inside the restaurant they had a group playing nice sounds and outside the restaurant there is a table where you could eat surrounded by the restored old buildings. I would recommend... More

We had a great meal here in May. It's a very nice location, right on the Plaza Bolivar with plenty of outdoor seating. Service was decent, though knowing some Spanish will be very helpful. They seemed to only have one menu in English and it took about 10 minutes to get to us. The seafood dishes were surprisingly tasty. We... More

Mixed bag of reviews so I'll add my experience. I was actually looking for a different restaurant and got lucky...I ended up at Casablanca Bistro Club at about 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Outdoors was fairly busy as I was greeted as I exited the taxi and sat at an outdoor table next to the square, grass and trees. There... More

My headline was going to say "worst restaurant of my life" but Arnaud from the UK beat me to that headline a little further down. The service was astonishingly bad, from ordering drinks and never receiving them and taking two (yes two) hours to get our food. This is a cute little square to have your meal but please take... Good food, decent prices, safe zone, awesome atmosphere. The wine menu is a bit poor. The attention as a twist is quite good and friendly. It's a must in my book
