nice lunch

Not many places open during the day on the Causeway, but this one is and has a decent view, even with all the hoardings due to works. Food good, my partner raved about his rib eye. Service good.

Lousy food. Better not eat here. The lettuce was brown and old, a ceviche tasted like it started fermenting, and the fisk was ffries with far too much egg. We complained and they mentioned the chef arrived drunk at the kitchen today. They apologized, but damage done.

We ate dinner here, the fish was tasty but the beef was tough and tasteless. The service was not that good. It was over priced for the amount of food you received.

Food was good. Nice place to eat and have a drink while watching the activity on the causeway. Service was slow, but food was good.

My husband and I had the Garlic Shrimp with Caesar salad and we both thought it was very good. The place was empty, like others have said, but I'm not sure why. The location is good, though construction is marring the city view, the décor is pleasant and the service prompt. I had an excellent drink - the lycheetini, a... More

We heard some good comments about this place. When we got there, we were put off by how empty it was and the very bare and basic decoration. We decided to give it a try and don't regret it. The ceviche is amazing. The service was first class.

Food was good, but not special. Ceviche was very good, however. No real atmosphere or view. Service was ok. Yes, the two girls were riding bicycles in the dining area. It wasn't a problem since the place was practically empty. I would return to other restaurants before going back to this one.

This restaurant is not to be missed. There were six in our party, everyone ordered a different entree and it was all well-prepared and delicious. I was disappointed that an appetizer I wanted to try was not available.

We stayed on the Amadour Causeway the week between Christmas and New Year and had dinner at Barko three times. It was so delicious (you HAVE to try the ceviche - all of them!), and the service was very good. There is a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish, but the staff tried very hard (as did we) to... More

We dined here 3 times during our 7 day stay. The staff was accommodating, the atmosphere relaxing, and the food was very good.
