Great Prix-Fixe Lunch

We went here for lunch two days ago, and really enjoyed it. We each got a squash soup, house salad, fried rice, a protein (I had fish, my girlfriend had pork), and a piece of tres leches cake. The whole meal was $10/person (not including tax and tip). It was nice to be able to just pick a protein... read more

This is an old classic restaurant in the Casco Viejo. Several courses of tasty, classy cuisine in a rustic atmosphere.

Another restaurant that appears by serendipity. It´s cozy and the menu is very easy. Lunch & Dinner. Prices are reasonable for the location. I will say is another great finding for Casco Viejo

This was such a disappointment. Rene doesn't cook anymore, he just runs the place. We had to 'fight' on the phone for a table because they were 'fully booked', but when we got there there was only one table busy, and ours. We were there until they closed, no one else showed up. As for the food, i think 6... More

3 good friends out for dinner and we chose the fixed priced meal...$25 per including wine. These dishes came out that were stunningly delicious.... there were the appetizers!!!! OMG. The ony disapppointment was the pork dish ( with the main courses) It didn't dazzle like all the rest and the dessert cake wasn't great, but we were so stuffed, it... More

My husband and I stopped in for lunch not knowing what to expect and when we walked in there was only one table for two available. The place was packed, which is always a good sign. The lunch is a pre-set menu with fish, chicken, pork and vegetarian options. The portions were a very good size, we left absolutely satisfied... More

You will not be disappointed by this cafe. My husband and I come back to this place each time we visit Panama City. The food is simple but always delicious and plentiful. The owner and staff are very attentive and friendly. We love to sit outside at the small sidewalk tables overlooking the Cathedral and main square in Casco Viejo,... More

We ended up here for lunch, more or less on accident. A tour group had filled the inside, but we were able to take one of the last tables outside (there are only two, it's a small place). While there aren't many options, you pick fish, chicken or pork, the lunch was great. We were served salad, bread, a spanish... More

We came here for a late dinner after wandering around looking for something inexpensive. We had the set lunch menu at dinner time since we weren't that hungry, and couldn't even finish despite the food being delicious. For $10, we got bread with herbed butter, a large salad, a egg & potato dish, wild herbed rice, chicken with delicious sauce,... More
