Cheap food, very tasty, great selection including a killer spread for breakfast, fresh juices with and without sugar, great sandwiches and classic, traditional food like panameian sanchocho!

I ate Panamenian soup and one sandwich. They serve a lot, so was too much for me. Is really good because they have 24 hours service, and have some restaurants in different parts of Panama City.

We went for dinner but not super hungry. My friend was craving the clams so we had that for an appetizer and then had a pepperoni pizza for dinner. I've never had steamed clams in the shell but they smelled so good and there was a small mountain of them, so I dug in! They were very good and the... More

This review is for the two locations near the MetroMall. Cafeteria dinning with an on the wall menu that is difficult to read. The price includes 3 sides with your entry for about $7-8. Expect to choose from typical Panamanian food items. Really good selection of fruit juices, so forgo the soda dispenser. There is a separate cafe for pastries... More

This is just the place if one wants to enjoy a rich bowl of "Sancocho" (chicken soup), chicken, meat, rice, beans, and many other Panamanian delicacies. If you have never tried Panamanian food, go early morning or during lunch to enjoy a great plate of Panamanian food.

We were desperate for some lunch, it was very hot and we had already got lost once on the way to our hotel and this was the closest restaurant.....so here we go! We just had a wrap and got a coffee and a piece of flan. The food was OK but it was nice to eat in a place that... More

This is a local buffet style restaurant in downtown Panama City. It caters to the local business clientele and the food is typical of Panama. The food is like buffet food anywhere just so so. There is a lot of variety to choose from. The bakery at the front was slow to take my order but eventually I got the... More

It was 24 hr nikos cafe. Food looked good and smelled good. We order gyros, look decent enough. Then as we walked our way to the fountain drinks there was an enormous roach on the counter and everyone acted normal. Nuff said. Stay away.

The food is always fresh and there is a wide choice. The fastest place to get a whole foods meal in the city. Recently had a delicious piece of fried fish...much better than at a fancy French restaurant the other day.

Went during lunch rush, service a little slow. Gyro was huge and tasty, as were fries. Lots of other things to order besides gyros. Our Spanish is not great, but it was easy to order what we wanted. Diner style atmosphere. Combo meal for less than $6. We will go back!
