local food at reasonable price

it is local Ukrainian food outlet, which offers various local dishes, starting with pirogi, vareniki, blini, borsch, kotlet in Kiev style and many other dishes, but all that in very reasonable price!

when you are a foreigner it is quite complicated to choose anything from a new menu in a new restaurant. Puzata hata is very cheap place where all the food is cooked and you can see it and choose what you like. All kids and visiting business partners adore it. Just for a change. Try!

It is not the place for romantic, business or friends meeting. It is just very nice " canteen" for having really tasty meal of UA cuisine. The prices are very cheap.

Watch out for the deformed trays, soups are always not enough warm. Perfect dumplings with cherries and cream.

Nice place to eat some traditional food. Rush hour in the working days from 1 till 2 p.m. The Menu is different in every season. Solyanka the best in Kiev.

It's a place just to eat. Not a place to try delicious new food, not to seat for enjoyment - just to eat cheap( but actually not that bad).

For the quite reasonable quality they offer, the price is unbeatable. Just don't take Ukrainian beer, which is rubbish.

The food here is safe to eat and a few things are even tasty but mostly it's cheap canteen overcooked food at a bargain price. Great for starving students or travellers on a really tight budget. There are better options.

My personal preference is that I only eat food that tastes better than mine. I'm no great cook btw, but their food tastes horrid. I agree that if you're not used to how the Ukrainian food should taste like it'd be OK and the price is real cheap, so if you don't mind sort of fast-food taste it's fine. But... More
