We should have known better. My wife and I are from Texas; and Mexican Style food is in out veins. We were walking old town very tired a hungry. Van Gogh’s looked like a good place to eat. Nice outdoor seating. The menu was not large, I settled on the “Dirty” quesadilla, not the best choose. It was not spicy,... More

The place is located in an old house well renovated with a very pleasant decoration. Locals go there to have a drink and to discuss. It reminded me of a old French cafe where poeple used to discuss to change the world!

This café is located right outside the Rembrandt hotel where we stayed. Nice lunch and diner menu. Out side table service excellent and is always crowded. Excellent place to have a drink and people watch.

It happened today to see the best waiters in Romania, in this Café. I was very impressed with their friendliness and relaxed attitude but very attentive and efficient. The food was good as well. It was slightly expensive but I guess it is a normal price for that part of the city. I would go again, definitely.

After a two hour trek through the city of Bucharest, my friends and I decided to grab a bite. I was famished and for me, that's when even the crappiest, cheapest food tastes delicious. We stopped at Van Gogh because we had a good previous experience and the location is pleasant. When we opened the menu, I saw the exorbitant... More
