Horrible food, but funny atmosphere.

We thought it would be a laugh to go to a themed restaurant especially a Dracula one in Romania.. The inside was hilarious, there was props everywhere, and the different rooms were well themed. Bit awkward but it was funny. The food was horrible, and they bring it out as soon as it's ready, so... read more

Checked the website for opening times and sent an email making a reservation, then followed up with a phonecall that wasn't answered. Came all the way there at the booked time and it wasn't open. I don't know if it was just closed for the night or closed down, but either way it's disrespectful of your customers to not have... More

After you get past the hot goth chick that they post outside to entice passers by into the bar, you're left quite unfulfilled. The bar is the worst kind of camp, not executed well enough to pass as intentional, and too poorly done to be entertaining. It's just a bad bar full of vampire schlock. Don't waste you money on... This is the sort of place that will polarise opinion - visitors will either find it forced and a bit camp, or they'll find it cheesy but fun. We found the latter, but then, not being the world's biggest Dracula fans we weren't affronted by something so overtly touristy. The interior is decked out like a crypt, complete with heads... More

For us, Belgium visitors of Bucuresti, they opened specially, since they where normally closed. They proposed us a meal (3 courses) and promised us an act for a fair price of 20 Euro a person. They delivered well on their promise and we enjoyed our stay. Of course it's all kitsch, but that you should know from the beginning. The... More

My wife arranged a special evening for my birthday while we were in Bucharest. After spending a day in Transylvania she booked us at the Count Dracula Club for dinner. The owner (Mircea) was very accommodating and the evening was an experience I will remember forever. The club consists of multiple rooms (each decorated differently) with areas to have before... November 2008... cold and windy but still a great trip as I was visiting Bucharest for the first time. It was not planned to find special places cause when you visit a foreign city for the 1st time and it's late dinner you rather prefer to find a comfy and tasty site where to have a great soup and rest... We came here for a drink and were immediately shown to a room full of taxidermy. No other customers at all and an uncomfortable atmosphere. The waiter kept trying to sell us the 'I survived dracula' certificate for 10 euros a piece. After refusing he brought us our drinks and then tried to tell us that 50 Lei was the... More

2013, November 22 as a part of small group of 3 persons, I visited this strange club. We were the only visitors that Friday evening and we really enjoyed it. However, after the delicious meal, the servant of Count Dracula took us to a little tour through the club’s rooms. Unfortunately only I survived from this. On the other hand,... More
