We were with friends and had dinner. All I can say is that the personell is not the friendliest one I have ever met :(, the food is quite all right but not more and it's full of smoke inside

As someone from Hessen, it was a real treat to find my very favorite foods in the heart of Bucharest. The owners were wonderful and we truly had a fantastic meal. Don't miss the onion soup or the jaegerschnitzel, they are phenomenal. We sat inside due to the heat, but all the better for it. The decor is really nice... More

Small restaurant with german cuisine. Service is slow but this is not a problem because you have time to enjoy your beer till the meal is ready. I ordered a pork leg with german sauer cabbage. They know that the meat should be krispy at surface but they don't know how to do it without having the meat inside become... More

We’ve visited this small restaurant for a relaxed Tuesday night. We were a small group of friends. This is a family run business (by a couple), and they own this small, nice decorated wooden restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, especially I would recommend this place for a men’s night. The food and the beer were nice and tasty, but nothing... More

I went there with friends and we were expecting a nice restaurant with good food and reasonable prices, instead some sort of cheap kitschy pub. I ordered some special fleischkase with cheese and i got a cheap salami with no cheese, my boyfriend ordered the special Schnitzel wich was a normal Schnitzel but very very big. I have eaten many... It is a "kneipe" very much like in german villages. German style food. The taste is very much the same. Not cheap but the food is OK and beer is grate. Hidden location, closed on Sunday and in the rest of the days open from 3 pm. Atmosphere is relaxed and not crowdy. I always had great experience with main... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by a Romanian colleague: "You have to try this, authetic German food and you can always meet nice people". During my trip to Bucharest I went there one evening (without reservation, my bad, but sitting at the bar turned out to be quite practical, as I got into talks with the owners :)) and... More
