Perfect Bosnian cuisine in Croatia

You don't need to visit Sarajevo to have a good Bosnian meal. We were at Sofra in Zagreb todayy. Everything that we tried was perfect. Pita, klepe, bosanska muckalica, begova corba - you have to taste everything, it's tasty, it's perfect. And so is the staff. I recomend it!

In short: this is not a restaurant worth visiting. The food is nothing but average, but what really ruined our visit was the chaotic and slow service, with a great amount of stereotypical balcan male chauvinism thrown in for good measure. The waiter ignored the older female members of our group, in fact so much they actually forgot to bring... More

The waiter was very rude and he made an impression that he didn't really care about our order, we made reservation in 19.30 but the waiter claimed that the reservation was made in 19 wich ofcourse wasn't. Nisam ja glup majke ti!

The food is quite heavy, but tasteful for those who like salty and somewhat greasy meat-based food. Me, not being one of those, still enjoyed the salad and grilled meat. The service can be slow during busy hours, but the major disappointment is the airconditioning system, as much of the food contains onions, you get out with a pretty unpleasant... More

I heard from locals about this restaurant. Food is good but too salty. Service is ok. Waiters are too busy... Not bad food though...

Tasty food and very good atmosphere. Food is traditional bosnian but they make it modern. I will come back soon :)

Very nice family restaurant with lots of unique and authentic bosnian meals. Cooked properly (most of them need long time cooking), variety of offer form non-sweet pies (cheese, spinach, meat), strews (kalya, bosnian pot), grill etc. Among sweets I'd like to stress baklava, absolutely the best in Zagreb. Turkish coffee. Sarajevo premium beer. Everything is delicious. Friendly and fast service.... More

Sofra in Folnegovicevo quarter is one of the best places with Bosnian food. Meat and grill is soft and tasty, specialites of the house are imso yummy. We are going there often, prices are ok, and food perfect. Service is very proffesional and polite.

I have been many times to this reastaurant "Sofra" in Zagreb. Very good tradiotional bosnian food, big portions, very tasty, and reasonable price. You have to book your visit because they are always busy, so without booking you will hardly find free table at evening.
