I discovered this place a bit late, but since then, i visit frequently. The menu is an adventure :) Still making my way through it, but so far everything i ordered (except the burek type pastries, which unfortunately do no live up to the original Bosnian standard, which is, to make it clear - legendary) was outstanding. Many different meals,... More

We went on Monday and we hace a spot in the terrace, withouth problem! It is a bit far, but no problm if you go by car (free parking spots in the street). I would not say it's cheap, it's a correct relation quality-price, but in comparison of what we'd tried in the rest of Zagreb (non-tourist places), it is... More

Restaurant is away from a center of town but well worth a visit. There are 2 restaurants with this name (same owner) but the original one is in part of town called Borovje. The other is in a business center Greengold (closer to the center) but personally i prefer the original one. People who like meat will love this restaurant.... More

Sofra is interesting restaurant. Food is traditional Bosnian food, atmosfere is traditional too. Portions are big. The good thing is that they have a parking but the negative thing is slow, unpolite service.

Although I booked a table when I arrived right on time I had to wait more than 20 minutes for our table to deliver. The waiters are due to this are not even told

I went to Sofra around 7 times so far. Authentic bosnian food served in HUGE portions! The atmosphere on Fridays & Saturdays is stunning, since they have a gipsy band playing at your table. Make sure you have a reservation on Fridays/Saturdays!

Is a little bit strange but one of the best restaurant in the Croatian Zagreb is the Sofra what is a restaurant with Bosnian meals. The terrace was always full but inside could find free tables in weekdays for a dinner. In the weekend a little bit harder to find a table. The meal is made by an excellent chef.... More

WE love it. Simply as that. That type of food combined with live gipsy music ( on Wednesdays) and good vine is too good to say. Yes, they are ALWAYS crowded and you need reservations so they tend to be little rude but affter you are stuffed will yummy food and you see the check, you will be pleased. The... More

We had great dinner here - the atmosphere was like you're somewhere in Bosnia-from the interior to the native music :) The stuff was friendly, the food was delicious - they offer variety of original Bosnian specialties - from appetizers, main dishes to desserts. All food is spiced like it should be in Bosnian cuisine - it has salt, pepper,... More

I'm no expert on bosnian food, but the food they make here is much more better then what you will find at most of other restaurants in Zagreb. Actually, it's quite great, and the best proof is the fact that you'll have trouble finding a free table during lunch hours! Apart from the "usual" bosnian offer (ćevapčići etc.) there are... More
