We stumbled across Paparazzo and were so glad we did. The design of the restaurant is elegant and relaxing. The staff were friendly and had a passion when describing the dishes. I ate grilled squid as a starter, which was the freshest I have ever tasted. My partner ordered beef carpaccio which he said was excellent. Silvio, our waiter, told... More

On our last night in Zagreb we had a delicious meal at this restaurant thanks to the other reviews. The wine, food, service, and setting all ensured an excellent and memorable evening. The price of the food and wine was reasonable as well. We hope to be back.

We were looking for Panino, but when we got to that address, it is now called Paparazzo. The owner explained that it was the same owner, similar menu, but with a new name. We decided to give it a try and thought that it was very good. They recommended their 3 course tasting menu, which my husband and I both... More

Very nice restaurant. I stumbled upon it by chance, and was pleasantly surprised by food, hospitality and above all the style. Very non-pretentious, and certainly most recommended for intimate meals, Istrian and Italian cuisine, and fine selection of wine.

Splendid food, wonderful atmosphere (jazz playing - we couldn't ask for a better choice!), we were especially impressed with the service - an extraordinary professional, nice and very discreet waiter that suggested us a very good wine too. I haven't eaten at Panino since they moved from the mall, and I find this place much nicer than the previous one... More

We settled on the Panino having had a good walk around Zagreb looking at all of the menus offering the same old Italian staples. It's a classy looking place which prides itself on a good selection of Croatian wines and an imaginative and competitively priced menu. It is true that the menu has a limited number of options (some of... More

In the middle of the pedestrian area small Panino restaurant offers very good food (fusion of croatian-italian and some eastern cuisine). Only downside is the small choice (which in itself is okay as everything is fresh - but after some visits you run out of new things as the menu hasn't been updated in quite a while now). Probably the... More
