A "can't miss" local eatery in Upper Old Town!

Fantastic little find! Right near Stone Gate in the old town…they use all local ingredients! We had fantastic soup…potato and leek which was so delicious! And sampled some great wines…Also had a fantastic conversation with the owner who shared a lot of interesting little tidbits. A fantastic... read more

Trilogija was a recommendation in our guide book and in a NYT article so we looked trying to find it, bit of out of the way location and after asking a few people "where it was" we found it. Small restaurant with only indoor seating not street tables. Not a set menu, changes every day based on available items chef... More

We were there for three days. First day was an accident as we went in as we were thirsty. We had their beer and their soup of the day. We made reservations for the next day, but their electricity went out as power generated was hit in a storm. We were treated to water and wine as restaurant personnel felt... More

Restaurant was nicely decorated. The service was lovely but food was so-so. The sturgeon carpaccio and the octopus salad we had were too salty and the main were under seasoned.

A restaurant with a difference. A short walk up from the centre Trilogija offers its clients a menu with a difference in which the chef creates courses from fresh local produce. If you want to eat there you should hook in advance especially if you want to eat outside (summer). They have a good range of wines and some local... More

I ran into the restaurant without particular expectations, just because I was very hungry and pick the one near me. Surprisingly, the food was very delicious and the service is fast, the dishes just delivered in 10 minutes after I ordered! If I have chance to go to Zagreb again, I definitely will choose this restaurant once more.

Trilogija has its menu based on what is available at the daily Green Market. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable about all the dishes and was able to tell us what went into every dish and how it was cooked. His recommendations were also spot on and we came back here twice in the 6 days that we were in Zagreb. The... More

Beautiful food, place and people. Everything was fresh on the table. This restaurant is placed in the old part of Zagreb. Very nice place :)

We Americans typically eat well before the locals do, so we have very attentive service. This restaurant was excellent, and it had a terrific wine list as well as several on the wait staff. Our young waiter loved to try his English and show off his wine knowledge. Everything was excellent, and as we often engage the locals, including waiters,... More

Went there without specific thought. Food was ok (octopus salad) but rather small portion. My friend took a nice risotto (mango, shrimp) but I am not sure whether they used proper risotto rice. Wine was little bit overpriced comparing to what we can found in the city. Overall good place (food and service), but not exceptional
