We ordered grilled sardines to start with. Dry and salty....My wife ordered risotto with mango and shrimp. Sounds good... but hardly taste any mango or shrimp favor. I ordered pork loin which was overcooked, so tough and dry. It's a careless mistake and should be happened. I didn't want to return the plate and complaint. Firstly the waiter is a... More

Found this lovely restaurant while walking around Zagreb. The man who served us was friendly and efficient and seemed to be working alone serving all tables. The menu was limited but delicious. All produce supplied locally and fresh daily. Booking essential.

Probably I was expecting more 'croatian' dishes and when I realised that the menu was international I disappointed a little bit. But except of that everything was really tasty and well served. Extra credits to the waiter. So gently and funny. Rare regional wines Prices just a click higher Definitely the overall experience is really nice and worthy. You should... More

The restaurant is not running a huge list of menu but offers you a daily fresh prepared meals which you can choose from a blackboard. We had some melted cheese and a lovely slice of duck for starter. For the main courses we picked the beefsteak and risotto with mango. All meals were excellent and the location itself is just... More

Really enjoyed our dinner. Shared the beef in puff pastry and grilled cheese to start. Beef was very good - cheese not so good. My husband had the rabbit which was very good. I had the shrimp and mango risotto for my main and my husband and daughter both had the veal. The mains were all excellent. My 10 year-old... More

Nice atmosphere, good service. Food however does seem very similar every day (I read a bunch of other reviews first) and sorry to say nothing special. Not bad and probably ok value for money, but somehow it did not seem that things came straight out of the pot or pan. One can usually tell for the side dishes...the polenta for... More

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. It was an excellent decision. Food was excellent, much better than what we had at Vinodol the night before. We had - Grilled Halomi Cheese and Truffle Cream (excellent) - Grilled Seabass (although Zagreb is inland, their seafood's pretty good) - Veal with Palenta, Medium Rare (not... More

we had a late lunch here and were blown away. I had a wonderful pepper rabbit with plum-stuffed pasta. Pasta not so great but the rabbit was out of this world. Husband had the duck confit which was cooked to perfection. We shared the pumpkin risotto which was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

Utterly wonderful, different flavours, charming service. Toilets are spotless, but small if you are "fuller figured". We will be back here soon!!
